The rooms are clean, staff is helpful, friendly and the pool is a cool place to chill & watch some sports events.
-
The food options are somewhat limited based on time availability. You're not allowed to move chairs at the pool or you get in trouble by security and you're not allowed to fall asleep on your lounge chairs by the pool or you get in trouble by security.

Love the room and its giant mirror wall

I like the place
-
We like the location and that the monorail station is right there. There’s also a Starbucks in the hotel which we like. Parking is free which is also nice.

I stayed here and at palace station, these rooms here are nicer than palace station my only complaint is the thermostat seemed to be locked at 73 and that’s way too hot for me

Great Hotel!
-
The room had a crappy view of the rooftops , asked for better room but said nothing available which was hard to believe in a hotel that size. The prices for everything was higher than the last time I was there 2 years ago and the casino machines did nothing but eat our money, last time at least we won a little here and there. The website offered a concert on the rooftop poolside and that’s not where it was. It was the 4th of July and because of where the concert was we only seen the top of Strats fireworks, which sucked because there were WAY better views if they would have moved it. It is what it is I guess. Also had to scale back a day due to our flight there being cancelled and the only refund was $16.00? What a room is more than that a night. Never again staying there.

We loved it
-
Generally everything was top notch we enjoyed the stay very much thanks for the great experience we highly recommend it.

The room smelled terrible and was extremely hot. Maintenance came to fix the issue, but the hotel uses evaporative coolers rather than air conditioning. I do not recommend this hotel at all; if you are going on vacation, do not stay there, or your vacation will be ruined.

room is good for what it is. i stayed in the marra tower, and the bathroom had a weird slide door that didn't fully close, which i didn't like. ventilation in the bathroom was not good.

I’m happy

Couldn’t really use the pool in the evening s because do pool parties and day time is too hot to use. No coffee or tea in the room, didn't get to use the $15 credit as the restaurant way too expensive. Staff very nice and kept us hydrated

Got an upgraded room and it was perfect. I have a great view of the fireworks. Will stay at this property again.
