First, the location. It's a short walk to the Monorail and you can easily get to where you need to go whether it's the Mandalay Bay (with a short walk between their tram and the Monorail) or the Las Vegas Convention Center. Second, the people. From front desk to the lovely staff at the cafe / store and the hard-working cleaning crew, everyone is fantastic. Third, amenities. The gym is well equipped and open 24 hours. The pool is fantastic and includes a hot tub. One small suggestion would be to perhaps dedicated adult only hours from 8-10 for the pool.

Our room has a very heavy order of what we think was mold. Our room had a giant dehumidifier in it that took up all of the counter space we had and it was incredibly loud. We checked out the very same night because we couldn't take it anymore. They refused to refund us for the other 3 nights were were supposed to stay.

The suite was so wonderfully organized. Right down to the complete kitchen with everything you'd need to prepare and serve a meal.

Amazing!!! The tub was huge and love it!!!! Everything was amazing

I loved how the room layout was and it by far was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The shower water never got hot during my stay. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they told me engineering would fix it, but it was never repaired. The room also had hair in both the shower and the bathroom, which made it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival. On top of that, the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Overall, I expected much better service and cleanliness and would not choose to stay here again.

This property was truly a hidden gem for me. It is located next to the monorail station which makes it convenient if going to MGM, Miracles Mile shops and more without the Vegas traffic. In addition, this property does not have a casino. If you don’t like smoke or suffer from allergies, this is the property for you. Free parking and daily room cleaning were also a plus. I would stay here again.

Not ideal if you are traveling and expecting to be close to the strip. While I am not super fancy I do feel that you should be comfortable while traveling. This hotel is suitable for someone on a budget that doesn’t mind being away from the highlight of the area. The hotel and rooms seem outdated which also made the stay less desirable. It was smaller than expected as this pictures made it seem bigger than its actual size. Once I realized the location would be too far for the daily commutes I would need to make, I immediately went to the lobby and asked to cancel. This was maybe thirty minutes after checking in. I was told I couldn’t. I contacted Expedia the next morning and finally figured out a way to cancel and book with another hotel. I did not receive all funds back but I am so happy I made that decision. This is nothing against the hotel. Just be sure to do your research.

Good location, good price but housekeeping need improvements (you need to call reception for schedule cleaning room otherwise you will with problem where the housekeeping no appear)! In check in or check out check your bill because the staff in reception is very confused and the bill was wrong (resort fee) and security deposit!
