Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino

Review is based on stay in August for Marc Anthony concert and the hotels close proximity to concert venue at Fontainebleau. The best thing about this property was its location which is off the noisy path of the strip and the awesome bellmen who assist you in getting you a taxi. The women at the checking desk were very nice as well. Another plus was that there is an actual Fashionphile store in the hotel lobby with great gently used designer bags like LV and Chanel, etc. What I didn’t like was the location of the pool that was such a long and I mean long walk down a corridor that was so poorly lit. Once you found the pool area it was another walk just to get to the pool. By the time I found it I was disappointed and just went back into the hotel.

Clean room

Ask for a clean room. Everything was dusty and there was trash from previous visitors left behind. Found chewable tobacco under the bed I threw it away it’s just the thought that counts of having a clean rooms before guest arrival it is just common courtesy I thought or maybe that doesn’t exist anymore, especially since I had my kids with me. Hope this helps.

Everything about this hotel was awesome. Everyone was helpful. Will be returning when the weather is cooler.

It was a good day, but had to keep calling maintenance for one of the rooms I had booked because the hot water wasn’t working

I lived every one, every minute of my stay there!!

This hotel was great however it’s a timeshare so you’ll actively have to dodge people trying to sell you stuff.

I enjoyed everything about this property. Perfect for a family fun stay. Within steps to the LAS Convention center!!

Restaurant menu didn't have any Gluten Free items.

Very helpful and cordial staff, especially at the front desk.

Amenities were good and accessibility to mono rail was the best thing. Good collection of restaurants and well maintained.

I have a friend staying in the hospital nearby. This was easy to get to the food at the Italian restaurant was great and having shampoo and everything in the bathrooms worked out perfectly for us.. The staff was very friendly whenever we needed anything.

The accommodation fee was very low, room is clean, city view and overall we are very satisfied.

Weed smokers throughout property. Big dogs off the leash. Pool closes at 7pm in the summer . Constant message about elevators being over crowded. Smoke alarm went off twice due to weed smokers . Food at viva cafe was rotten.
