The pool area was nice and it was great to have a marketplace that we could use when we needed things.

The bed was pretty bad for an hotel. The staff often took all the dirty towel and failed to put new ones.

I was robbed and had no cards and they wouldn’t allow me to pay for my extended night w Apple Pay so I had to leave

Excellent choice for business travel: spacious, quiet, and close to convention centres. I stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations for a business trip, and the experience was excellent. The location is perfect, as it is incredibly close and convenient to the local convention centres, making my daily commute stress-free. Unlike a conventional hotel room, the suite layout offers a huge workspace that allowed me to work comfortably in the evenings. The Wi-Fi was flawless, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a major plus for quick meals between meetings. Despite being a resort property, it was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff made the check-in and check-out process fast and efficient. I highly recommend it for any professional seeking comfort and functionality.

My family was super comfortable with our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations. Our rooms were spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly. It was very well-maintained everywhere you look. The pool was great.

There were insects on our bed. The timeshare presentation was super aggressive by our representative. Further, the AC in our 1st room was not working and it was a hassle to get a new room! Will not be back!

It was good I really like it everything very clean

My wife and I loved how nice the king size bedroom with a full kitchen room was. Huge walk in shower. We loved how easy it was to get to our room. Also the monorail is about a 5 to 7 minute walk from Hilton to Sahara hotel. We also loved how we were able to see the fireworks and the sphere from our room. We highly recommend this hotel.

Upon checking in we were ushered to another desk to received our "free gift". The free gift turned out to be a kick in the nuts from a soft-hard-sell timeshare agent. Would she take no for an answer? Of course not. We won't be returning to Scamsville for another offer of a free gift.

It was perfect Pool was open until 10 pm, the room was amazing.

Upon arrival, we were harassed by staff to sign up for a 90-min spa tour the very next morning. We expressed we were very tired and wanted to go to our room. Robert, the on site manager, demanded that I sign the paperwork so that he could get commission for our reservation for the 9am booking. He wasted 30 minutes of our time.
