Ahern Hotel Las Vegas

This was our third time checking in at Ahern and will do it again in future visits to Las Vegas.

Nice and quiet close to the strip

Amazing stay. Very clean, free parking and breakfast, which was delicious!

Every time we go to Vegas we stay here. The staff are efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean. The best part is not having to go through a casino to get to your room or restaurants. But I don't want to let this secret out.

Pretty good deal and excellent and clean room, nice view and great comfort for everything.

Recommend staying here.

The hotel was amazing - Comfortable, quiet and the nicest staff. Breakfast was great and we will definitely be back.

I have had many reservations at Ahern and it has gone far downhill. There have been biohazards, health violations, breaches of contract, and poor customer service from staff and management. Most notably, the last 4 out of 5 suites had feces (human excrement) in them. Room changes and Housekeeping did not resolve the feces/excrement, as housekeeping skipped cleaning it or cleaned part of it only, and room changes also had feces in those rooms too. When I asked for more room changes either security intimidated me or they said they were sold out. The manager behaved unethically by denying a compensation request for a 12 night stay in which I was stuck in rooms with feces on the headboards of the beds, chair, and bathroom wall, as well as dried semen on the carpet and furniture. Not to mention the odor from the shower drain, and the bad water quality in the shower that left a white residue on my face. There was also white mold in the coffee maker water reservoir. I have had one of the best hotel stays of my life here before, so I came back and booked a long stay but it was the worst hotel stay of my life- 12 nights stuck in rooms with human excrement from previous guests, which the hotel was unable to resolve with room changes nor cleaning nor compensation/goodwill_gesture. I was appalled that the manager there has such low personal standards to consider feces in the rooms at checkin acceptable and not worthy of compensation. It's uncivilized. No dignity. Unethical.

Best place I've stayed at in vegas will b staying again

I gave a four star rating because our room was not ready when we arrived about 4, one hour after check-in time. Additionally, our room was not serviced despite the tag requesting service. We left about 11 and returned about 5. Not sure what happened here. Neither one of these things are deal breakers and we will book here again, but having the room ready at checkin, as well as a quick refresh of the room daily would be ideal.

This is my second stay here the hotel is amazing. I just couldn’t get with the parking situation when they had the card show on Saturday. The guest staying at the Hotel wasn’t informed it wouldn’t be no where to park. Luckily the nice security guard was there directing traffic and she stated we could park in the reserved spots until the event was over .

Clean rooms, a great location, and easy parking. Everything was very convenient for our stay.
