I stayed in a newly remodeled room and it seems like all the fixtures hanging on the wall in the bathrooms are already coming loose. I had to leave really early to beat the heat and was told I couldn’t use a luggage cart until 9 AM. I didn’t think the room was nice other than the cheapness of the work.

This hotel was amazing. Staff was helpful and helped us find another room because of of the fridge door that was broken or loose in the original room we were booked for. The Strat Cafe has good food varieties for a decent price.

My first time I got a room that smelled like smoke and I had two young kids and I was overcharged with parking

The luxury of staying on the 20th floor however when you get there and the door doesn’t open and you have to really go to the bathroom and that was my situation so I went back down got the correct key went to the bathroom in the lobby. I’m exhausted just remembering the room was clean. The staff was really nice. I just wish they would’ve given me the correct card to use the bathroom.

I paid my resort fee’s as soon as I arrived.they took a 300 incidental deposit and I paid for parking via QR code. When I checked out they claimed I owed them 399 for what. No other fees were accumulated so where did that charge come from. I contacted the resort and they have no good reason for the charge. I will never use you guy’s again for the reason you don’t support what you promised.

The room was clean but my bed sheet had stains on it my toilet didn’t wanted to go down. But everything else was ok.

Avoid the heavy-set, bald, bearded guy working the check-in counter on the night shift - whom I shall refer to as HSBBG. He either does not know his job or does not care to do his job. I elected to stay an additional night (in the same room I had been staying at for the past 4 nights). I was advised by a different check-in attendant to book online and then come back to the counter, pay the resort fee and I wouldn't have any problems staying in the same room for an extra night. After I booked online, I asked the heavy-set, bald bearded guy to assist me with paying the resort fee and booking the same room for an extra night. He said the room was beeing "shut down" for a large group. He then tells me I will have to vacate the room by the checkout time the next day, come to the counter (with my luggage), request a new room and hope that one will be ready 4 hours before the actual check-in time. I decided to go to the counter the next morning around 10:00 am & ask again to be allowed to remain in the same room. The HSBBG was at the counter, but I opted for the young lady also working the check-in counter. She said it would be no problem for me to stay in the same room, allowed me to pay the resort fee and gave me two new key cards. Done! Kudos to her for knowing her job and most importantly, caring enough to grant a simple request.

Despite long line for check in, quick and easy. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Old ugly outdated. Low budget. Wouldn’t stay here if it were free. Bed felt like bricks, like we were sleeping on shoe boxes or the box spring. I called down to the front desk and told them we booked the “upgraded/updated room” and was told that that in fact was to be considered “upgraded”. A disgrace. Dark. Just a mess.

Amazing views from on top of the world! Strat was A BLAST!

I highly recommend the newly remodeled rooms. Very clean. No smell.

Our second night was in a elevated room (remodeled) and the air conditioning was so loud and an older unit under the window. I was up most of the night because I couldn't sleep. The first night we were in an older room but it was larger than the "better" room. However, something in that room had me sneezing all night, which i did not do the second night. It will be a long time before I consider staying at the Strat again after this experience. I get i had to 2 different reservations, but you would think accommodations could have been made so I didn't have to check out and then wait to check back in to the "better" room, which was NOT better.

The rooms were clean. The pool and the staff were amazing ! Def will stay here again
