The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

Our room was on the opposite side of the parking garage. We had to walk thru the entire hotel to get our room.

The will have u. Pay the full price of the room even after u already online. So we was double charged

Decent hotel, but they make you pay for parking even when you are staying there. Also,there are no refrigerators in the room.

Nobody went to do service on my room the two days I stay there very disappointed I have dirty towels no paper toilet terrible service

My room was cleaned on once

This place stunk. Needed to use the internet for work and it kept going out every hour and the staff was more than unhelpful.

Clean updated rooms

If there was breakfast we didn't know about it. Got locked out of our room and it took almost 45 minutes to get help to get in. Charges for the rooms were incorrect and then we had to pay deposits that weren't listed in the purchase. Staff didn't seem super knowledgeable and some were rude.

Love the pool as well 10/10

Elevated room not really elevated

The wrong day was booked due to a time limitation in the Expedia app. I am trying to get a refund for this booking. Any assistance provided by Expedia would be most appreciated. Thank you!

Overall it was a good one night stay, just wish the room had a mini fridge. One minor thing though, the bathroom smelled like sewage. And it wasn't just in our room. That should definitely be checked out - #21005

Room was terrible. No coffee pot, no fridge, no microwave, was not clean. Hair in the shower, stains on the bed. Pool closed at 5 pm. Not a good area also. Air did not work well in the room and the tv was broken.

My family and I were denied because my wife’s service dog was talking to someone without showing any signs of harm but was judged as violent. Do not bring any service animals here if you want to be disrespected if your service animal wants to talk to you inside.
