The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

La estadía muy buena y los servicios, más tiene área de mejorar en seguridad dentro y fuera del hotel. Muchas personas deambulante entrando al hotel y sus áreas.

Most of staff was very unhelpful and rude

THE SUITE ROOM DECOR WAS OLD AND THE UPHOLSTERY'S WERE FRAYED. THEY MOVED ME TO ANOTHER ROOM TO A DISABILITY SUITE. THE BATHROOM TUB/SHOWER DRAIN WAS CLOGGED WASN'T DRAINING. MAINTANENCE CAME TO UNCLOGED IT WITH A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF GUNK.

Amenities was not good. Check in took forever got there at 2:50. Didn’t get checked in till 4 went room to rest a little. Got dressed for pool and it was closed at 6. Ridiculous. Mattress was broken in. Kept my slippers on floor felt icky. It was cool though workers were good. Those are some things I’d address .

Plus I forgot my my watch ⌚️ and my wedding ring 💍 and they were able to find and send them over to my residence. I really appreciate that!

Hotel was great.. ive stayed here 3 times in total and I would defo stay again

My only complaint was that there wasn’t a microwave anywhere on site

Everything was amazing! Rooms were clean, Casino has everything you need. There is no need to leave.

Nice, clean room. The price was pretty cheap, but beware of the resort fees and parking fees.

Stayed in the newrenovated room, flooring was not done week and was coming up. If you have trouble stepping up the shower has a tall ledge to get into and no ada bars to assist.

I was told to remove all my belongings and just grab the key, no one told me I would have to wait in line again behind guests checking in, the front desk clerk was friendly about the situation and agreed to wave the upgrade fee, but this happened on a Sunday and I really didn’t feel like there was a reason to not only have continued to wait, but also had to be the one checking with staff. I used the pool, but my husband never used any amenities, then when we went to look at the observation deck, we were told we had to pay $36. I would venture to guess most guests probably don’t use the amenities and it seems like being able to enjoy the view should be included in the resort fee. I don’t think I will stay again, but I do appreciate that they waived the upgrade fee
