Loved the pool. Shower was great. Location very convenient. Didn’t use shuttle but great that it was available. View but not that important.

Great location, great pool and lazy River.

The pools were absolutely beautiful, and the property was very well kept. This may have been the best lazy river I’ve ever been to! The rooms were well laid out, and the parking for each tower was convenient. One of the most surprising things about our stay was how much of the upkeep was handled by housekeeping, as opposed to some Air B n Bs—we really didn’t feel like we had to keep house ourselves, which is usually a part of our vacations. Even when we checked out, they told us to leave dishes and that they take out the trash, etc. This was a really nice surprise considering there was no resort fee. The location makes perfect sense for a family looking to experience the southwest in several different capacities—while we took their free shuttle to the strip for a magic show and some sightseeing, we were also a short drive from the Natural History Museum, Meow Wolf, and several National Parks. There was also no charge for parking, so the overall cost of our stay was less expensive than the budget hotels further east. Honestly, it exceeded every expectation I had.

Quiet and spacious suite with all amenities needed. Beds were too hard and the pillows were terrible. Lazy river was overcrowded making it difficult to enjoy. Pool was the same way unless you went late in the day.

Condos were good size . Pool was great for kids and adults. Staff was friendly. Such a good idea to have dinner package for grilling. Chair in the living room not very comfortable. I feel that having upholstery on dining room chairs was not smart. It would be great to have snack bar at pool area,instead of restaurants inside.

I guess the staff did not clean at all? We found a bottle with old cigarette bits although it was a non smoking room? When called the housekeeping and front desk and maintenance departments there was no answer, ever.

I liked everything. The property was beautiful and the amenities were fantastic I can’t say I had anything bad to say about this place
