Tru by Hilton Las Vegas Airport, NV

Front desk was helpful but the other staff were rude didn’t wanna give me any towels ignored me as I was talking to them in hallway

The elevator closes on us every time we try to get in. The room was clean enough, but there was light debris on the floor. The bathroom fixtures were in poor condition and it was difficult to utilize the shower fixtures in the bathroom.

Staff was nice. Hotel looked nice outside and in the lobby. The room was old, only partly renovated. There was a bunch of hair on one of the mattresses. We immediately checked out.

Places is great but on the older side and rooms could be cleaner.

The gentleman that checked us in was so awesome. Very patient and understanding. Food was awesome ans love that they have shampoo and conditioner available. Bed so soft. My new favorite hotel

Great place to stay by the airport

After checking misinformation, manager and staff were so gracious and helpful. I felt bad not understanding things but they made accommodations to help make my stay better

Convenient place to stay.

I'll always stay here when I fly out of Vegas. Their shuttle that leaves on the top of the hour is very helpful.

It was great for a one night stay before an early flight. I wouldn't want to stay for a whole vacation. The bed, bedding, and pillows were far too uncomfortable and cheap for more than that.

Staff and front desk was stellar, quick, friendly, and efficient. Room was small and not a lot of non bed sitting to be had, awkward for any in room eating. NO POOL. Parking was easy and plentiful, hubs loved the Lavazza coffee carafe in the lobby.

Short stay before an early flight. The room was clean. The scheduled airport shuttle was a nice touch.

Very minimalist but practical. Lots of room, AC was very noisy but cooled well. Very nice included breakfast. Ride from or to airport also included.

Staff is great. Breakfast is good it’s got the basics. And location is the best. Near the airport and mall far enough from the strip but close to just get a fast ride to it. The room was a bit hmm dusty the floors definitely need a good cleaning but aside from that it was a good experience

Easy in & out

Had a great experience. Room was very clean, ans stuff was helpful and friendly.

Its a good place if looking for something near the airport with a quick check in process and without the hidden vagas strip fees or parking fess, they also have 'good' airport pickup and drop off,

Basic accommodations for one night. Airport shuttle was on time and convenient. Very good breakfast.
