Staff was great. Bathrooms need deep clean but overall would stay again

The A/C fan in our original room was making a lot of noise, so we requested that it be repaired or that we be moved to another room. Since the maintenance person was not available, the front desk kindly helped us change rooms. However, the new room also had some issues. The main door was very difficult to open and close, and the bathroom door was sticking to the floor and could not be closed properly. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the room maintenance needs improvement.

Staff extremely friendly and beds were comfortable Reception and ground floor smelt like drains. The bathroom suite was rusty and appeared unclean because of the. The hotel just felt like it needed a lick of paint and a bit of TLCp

everything was as expected, after a long day of traveling we were greeted with lots of energy and compassion from the front desk! they were helpful and the breakfast was pretty good !

I only stayed here for an event, and it was very convenient. Everything I needed was close by, which made my stay easy and enjoyable. The breakfast had plenty of options and was well stocked.
