The staff were great! Every staff member that I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. They are the reason guests will return to this hotel. The air conditioning and heat did not work well in my room so the temperature was not comfortable. I was not able to get any cell service in my room. The curtains would not close shut to cover the window.

The process of checking in was easy, the location is very convenient to the airport. The place was clean and great lighting. My only challenge was I didn’t examine the bed close enough before getting in it, the next morning I found old blood on a pillow case. I advised the staff, she apologized and said have a good day.

They did not clean the room my entire stay and had to request clean towels 3 times before they finally put clean towels in my room on the last night of my stay

We needed a place to stay for one night before beginning our southwest road trip and this place was perfect. Located just minutes from the airport, the room was good sized and very clean. The desk staff and pub staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the complimentary breakfast was basic but well organized and prepared. And the coffee was good!!!! We had no interest in going to the LV Strip so can’t comment on that, but we would definitely go back to the Fairfield to accommodate our plans.

The staff there was great, especially the front desk and manager. Made sure I was taken care of.

Everything was good

You can hear people talking, and doors slamming. In the middle of the night the AC was blowing out hot air. The first night I had to turn the thermostat all the way down to get it to blow cold air. The second night the AC blew hot air again. This time it was still blowing hot air even though I turned the thermostat all the way down. I called the front desk and they can’t change our room because we were checking out in few hours. They did not have a fan for me to use. I had to turn the AC off and crack the window open. I was sweating like crazy. It was so uncomfortable. Will not be staying at this place again.
