Excellent customer service! Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. Housekeeping could be more thorough with their cleaning, cleanliness had room for improvement

Absolutely disgusted after I found blood stained on my bed sheets. I spoke with the front desk and they are looking into it. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed that I had to pay for this nights stay. I will be going farther to speak with whoever I can to get my money back. So glad I only had one night booked because I would never want to stay another night
