Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Airport

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was relaxing and there was very little environmental noise. They were undergoing construction on the first floor. We had to walk through the construction paint zone which was obviously dusty and paint fumes. While our second floor room was immaculate, you could smell the paint fumes and see the hazy air in the hallway. Understandably, this happens with upgrades.

However, following a recent family member medical emergency that lasted for weeks and took a significant toll on us mentally and emotionally, my wife and I were emotionally drained and felt the need to take a break and decided to book again with Homewood, this time at their Las Vegas Airport location for 3 nights. As you can imagine, we were happy to get away for a reprieve. This time around however, we were not warmly greeted by the host when we arrived. I almost turned around and left. Secondly, we were assigned a suite that faced the freeway in which the constant freeway noise didn't allow us to sleep, relax, or enjoy the room. Third, the hotel is undergoing construction right below us beginning very early in the morning and lasting throughout the day. Coming and going had to be entered through a side door of the building with debris in it's pathway, just to get to and from the elevator. And forth, in the evenings, the shower wouldn't heat up. Rather, the water remained cold/luke warm. We notified the front desk and they responded that they'll "note that in their system." I was a bit taken back by the response and the lack of customer care. Needless to say, we returned home worn out, exhausted, and frustrated. Therefore, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Homewood location.

Things will probably be much better after the renovation period.

This hotel cleaning staff is so good. Everyday they change the bedsheet and towels and vaccum the house.

The staff are great. The property is undergoing renovations, which led to some noise in the evening and unsightly elevators and halls. My room was very big and comfortable - renovated. The breakfast was very good. Once the renovations are done it will be very nice. The location is very near the airport, but nothing else.

Big room, good location, very close to airport and car rental center. In general a good stay, only breakfast could be a bit better. Breakfast and some renovations works on site.

Great and friendly staff who answered all my questions when I checked in. The hotel shuttle was efficient and on time. My room was clean and perfect, no issues with the AC or anything! Complimentary breakfast was good and kept hot/fresh for all hotel guests. The pool was also so fun to use. Will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future.

We have always stayed here for dance competitions, mini vacations, and games. We enjoy the helpful staff and the breakfast is great too. But we missed the waffles on this trip.

Our room was spacious and very clean. AC worked great and the floor was quiet so we were able to get some much needed sleep.

Newly remodeled hotel and very nice and spacious. Loved having the kitchen and room to spread out. The outdoor space was nice to have.

The rooms are wonderful for families, clean thestqff is very kind professional and tries to help meet our needs. The breakfast is great with so many options. We slept so comfortably. This is our 3rd stay here. We will be back in the future!

Where do I start? The hotel is under construction, but we got a remodeled room. I think they need to spend a couple more hours & finish what they started. The outlets don’t work unless you leave the light switch on. The toilet runs, stops and runs again.

The hotel door was wobbly, lots of dirty and black streaks on the walls. You just tell they don’t maintain older hotels as well anymore. Staff was super nice though.
