There was no breakfast. Breakfast included.

It was quiet and our room was clean. No soup for bathroom sink. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash for shower/tub. We called housekeeping. These items were brought to our room.

Everything! It was a great place to stay and the rooms had everything you need. It was all good!!!

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, that sucked but other than that this place was amazing.

Awesome stay and will come back.

Clean room and amenities

Thankfully, we were eventually moved to different room in Tower 5 that had no issues. We appreciated that the resort ultimately resolved the situation, but it was disappointing to have move rooms multiple times before getting a comfortable, functional and quiet room. A special thank-you to Sissy, who was very helpful and professional and made sure we were eventually taken care of. Despite the room issues and multiple moves, we enjoyed our overall stay and appreciated the resort's pool, lazy river, hot tub and the Hawaiian Themed entertainment.

Very nice place for families. Too much fun. The pool is open until 10pm. Very convenient.

We also lost power and were unable to get into our building The property is not marked properly buildings 1-2-5 you do not know where you are heading so it’s a lot of walking at first Radom walking then just walking far away for everything

Location was great.. not too close but not too far from the action Lazy river was a little cold

The pool and the late hours were definitely plusses. The staff was kind and the rooms were big. In general, it met my expectations. There should be some music -- any music around the lazy river (which people were complaining was a little cold but we found it okay - but come on some music - even Enya lol). The bed is just sort of comfortable. The biggest issue is that it's off the strip but they only have a shuttle to Excalibur twice an hour and it doesnt start till 10 and ends at 8. It would be nice if it dropped in the middle of the strip

Beautiful, clean!! Lots of fun things to do! The sink in our suite is way to small!
