Modern style and size of room. Close enough to the strip, great value for $. Had 2 small incidents but minor, 1st was we reserved both suites. Someone was in the 2nd one when we went to go in. They moved us. 2nd was the 2nd suite AC did not cook well. Maintenance came and the AC came on however it never cooled.

Great location. Each condo is loaded with amenities — a full kitchen with pots and pans and dishes and cups, plus a washer/dryer (studios are the exception, no laundry there). It’s a strong value if you’ve got a large family and want to cook and do laundry in-unit. There’s a fitness room too — sparse, but at least it’s there. The rooms and hallways are bland and dated, like a hospital, and the carpeting needs upgrading. The good value seems to be drawing a rougher crowd lately — my week was full of loud families with kids. The 10am checkout is ridiculous. And the night before, you get a text warning about extra charges for damages or cleanup, which tells me they’re having quality-control problems with their guests.

Perfect for families in Vegas for sports tournaments. Very clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all that is needed to cook and wash clothes—and free EV charging onsite! Loved it! Check out is 10am.

I absolutely love the staff here. We had a few issues this visit however the staff always makes up for it. I would rather have wonderful staff with a few issues than a few issues and bad staff. We stayed a month this time and we will probably be back in a few weeks.

The room we had was very spacious. Our family of 4 had 2 apartments vs single bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen in each apartment. The hotel is next to its own casino and there is petrol station, fast food chain restaurant, liquor store within walking distance. Industry Casino there are a few restaurants too. The swimming pool at the hotel side is very small, not like the picture on booking.com. There are only 2 lifts available for 18 floors vs hundreds of gusts. Waiting time at busy hours such ad afternoon when family going/coming back from shopping or pool is very long. The hotel is not located anywhere close to the Strip. It takes 16 mins drive to get to the city centre.

Love the location When we entered our room there was no toilet paper or kitchen cleaning supplies. Also there were crumbs on the bar and the counter top.

Nothing Be careful staying here. My partner bought 3 brand new items of clothing and ironed them and accidentally left them in the wardrobe. I emailed the hotel many times and they completely ignored me. I emailed Ace on the front desk who initially replied, and then when I described the items, he didn’t reply again. He said it was a “third party cleaning service” they used. The cleaners definitely found the clothes because we KNOW we left them there. The fact nobody ever replied to me is utterly disgraceful.

Price Rooms smelled like seafood

For the price - you get a small apartment not too far from Vegas Strip. The amenities were nice too, especially the pool area. NIce large hot tub, nice clean pool with plenty of seats. Also, it was nice to be close to some essentials shopping like a Super Target. Without a car, it can be a hassle. I was there for a festival (EDC) and Ubers were already surge pricing so getting back and forth to the Strip was quite expensive.

The property is nice and well maintained Upon checking into the room noticed the towels hadn’t been replaced there was hair in the drainage and the sink nozzle was broken

House clean and comfortable

The location and property were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Occupancy seemed light with plenty of parking. Since I was towing a trailer security made me park far away which was inconvenient. Thankfully I didn’t have much to bring into the property.
