Hampton Inn & Suites Albany Airport

The location. The AC is very loud making difficult to sleep. Breakfast was difficult to find an empty table. I think it is a little expensive to what it offers.

Clean room and property. Helpful and polite staff!

The employees are amazing! Always saying hello and helping in any way they can. Received a warm hello when we checked in after a 14 hour drive. Samantha at breakfast made everyone feel welcome and took care of us all. Same with the lovely other breakfast host with the short hair (so sorry I forgot her name). Thank you for the infused water, coffee and hot tea during the day! Our housekeeper, Roberta, made sure we had everything we needed and was nice to our family. I've stayed in lots of hotels, especially chains in this price and amenity range. This Hampton Inn hits the mark in so many important ways. Great soft and hard products. Thanks to the excellent team working here -- we appreciate you!!!!

Updated with nice features. Close to airport and major road to get around. Hampton breakfasts are all the same so not much variety. There was no cut fruit offered at breakfast only pieces of fruit available- apple or banana.

This is the only place we will stay with when we come to see relatives. Whether it be summer or winter. The rooms are always fresh, clean and orderly. I also like this location because they have EV chargers but unfortunately they were down.

It was our first time staying at a Hampton Inn, and we loved it. The price was reasonable, the rooms were nice and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great. I really dont have anything to complain about. We will be staying at Hampton Inn again.

Very clean and comfortable. Check in clerk was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining Hilton rewards. This is the last place we stayed after a 10 day vacation so we were tired. We rested well in a quiet, clean, comfortable room.

Staff was great. However we had nothing but issues from when we arrived until we left. First was the air in the room was set to 62 and we/the staff was unable to raise it so first night had to sleep with 5 blankets. Our phone did not work to call the front desk , so being on the 3rd floor and having to come down every time there was an issue was a pain in the butt. Now the last major thing we had ants in our room. First it was just 1 then by Sunday we had a colony of them lucky for us we were leaving. I did let the front desk know they thanked me and said did your husband leave the room yet???? I was confused she clearly saw me with my suitcases and all. So good luck

One night stop in route for family gathering. Staff was welcoming, attentive and helpful. Hotel was clean, bed was super comfy and breakfast had enough choices for a picky eater.
