Hampton Inn & Suites Albany Airport

Great

Spacious room, friendly staff, comfy beds

Exceptional

Good solid hotel with little to complain about except our credit card, the one we used to put down a placeholder room deposit was somehow used by an unauthorized person attempting to make a 204.00 purchase at Cumberland (gas station and mini mart) across the street from the hotel. This is very suspicious and coincidental as this credit card hasn't been used for anything in a long while. I Did not visit this store.

My fiancé continually remarked how clean everything was. Nice Job!

great staff (Casey) very helpful and made my job easier with our soccer program all together

Exceptional

Casey at the front desk was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Stay was great and comfortable.

Clean room nice breakfast welcoming and friendly staff. I will book here again.

The front desk staff person, Casey, was excellent! Very welcoming and informative and super helpful. Great employee!!

Hotel looks old and not well maintained. Great location and close to the airport.

Overall my stay was good, will stay there again

We always try to stay in the Hampton Inns when we travel. You know what to expect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is always clean inside and out. Great value for your dollars.

Perfect for my in and out, one night stay!

Nice place, clean, quiet, friendly staff, shout out to Miracle. I def recommend this hotel.

Was filthy. Lamp shades were dirty Carpet felt like food and dirt in it The blinds had holes in it little bigger than a pin hole Enough to get light in room to annoy you Homeless people living there and hanging outside drinking Horrible experience

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave me to a free upgrade to a suite. Very clean throughout and a nice breakfast!

We had a very good experience at the Hampton motel. Our room was clean and breakfasts were decent. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room. The only negative was a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom.
