Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport

Short overnight stay. Everything was well done from front desk to cocktails. The bartender made a very good bourbon manhattan!

Good experience

Pool out of order on a hot holiday weekend no less. Only one working elevator. Black out curtains didn't close. My stepdaughter's room had no working sink. Alerted the front desk on our way to dinner. Came back two hours later to the sink parts laying on the floor underneath the sink. She had to go back to front desk to tell them about it and ask for another room. Mind you the same clerk was on and should have told her when we returned it wasn't fixed and had to ask for another room! For the amount of money charged for the rooms NONE of this should have happened. We have been meeting there for the past 7 years every summer. She drives up from VA and we come from Auburn. This will be our very last time staying there. We'll stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Queensbury. You not only lost us as customers and word of mouth is very damaging to any business. What a major disappointment!!

Good hotel, near to the airport.

Airport shuttle was wonderful

Room was clean, air conditioning was adequate, and there was little noise from other rooms, the staff was fine what little time I interacted with them, I happily made use of the stairs and the walkway most of the way around the building for exercise. Didn't pay for any breakfast, so comment of that.

pool was closed, staff was disengaged, walls were so thin got to listen to neighbors arguing at 4am.

Really nice place! Big, bright lobby. Great breakfast buffet for a very reasonable price. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Location Lack of cleanliness

Quiet area away from roadway. One complaint only - they did not have bedside lamps. There was one very small twisty lamp that would not hold it's shape and I was unable to read.

The hotel is pretty dated and run down, but the staff are really nice and helpful, and the airport shuttle is great!

Overall a great stay. 24 hour shuttle was perfect. Clean rooms and great staff.

Shuttle was prompt and Park and Fly was effortless

Easy check in and shuttle was quick and efficient

Don't stay here. Faculty are great, but the hotel is yucky.

Highly recommend as staff was amazing! Had two separate reservations due to business change and they made it quick without changing rooms and still being able to have access!
