Hampton Inn & Suites Lathrop

The front desk was friendly, and the hotel was clean and modern

We booked Hampton Inn for its consistency, but this one didn’t quite hit the mark. It was fine, but will not book here on my return trip.

The staff were all so great and welcoming. Clean room and quiet area.

The breakfast was delicious. We were there for a team tournament, one of our boys left his clothes out by the pool over night the housekeeping staff was so sweet in helping us track them down for him and even dried them and had them ready at the front desk when as we were on our way out. They were going to bring them to us but we had to leave for a game.

It was easy to find the place. Everything looks clean. I liked the fitness area a lot.

Great place to stay when on a toad trip

The property was very clean and the staff at the front desk were Great. Very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in yearly which was great. However the maid service staff could not understand a request I made for another blanket sent to our room. It was very hard to communicate with them. So we never received one. But other than that our stay was very nice and the breakfast provided by hotel was very good. Lots of choices. We will definitely book with Hampton Inns again in the future!

I like that the facility was nice and clean. The front desk staff was not so friendly. I also had dirty towels folded on the bathroom shelf. Luckily, I brought my own.

The staff is always very welcoming. I'm typically just passing through, so the location is perfect; right off the freeway. Room is clean and comfortable.

Everything in this place is great, very clean, front staff were very nice and accommodating to my family. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was very much enjoyed by my kiddos. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Everyone and everything was wonderful except the breakfast and the breakfast worker. Breakfast was not good and the worker was rude. Oatmeal cold, eggs runny. Such a great hotel but breakfast needs some help

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. My daughters and I were able to enjoy them two days in a row without any other guests. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfy. I wish the room would come with free water but other than that it was fine.
