Extremely friendly staff

Great! Front desk staff (Lady) @ check-in was very helpful, courteous and also very responsive to inquiries. Room was very clean as if the facility was brand new. Very satisfied with the breakfast. No time for the pool and fitness center; however, I like the 24/7 access to the fitness facility. Love the workout flexibility and very compatible with my schedules.

Near the highway and close to some outlets. The other guests were really loud and were told by staff last minute to quiet down.

Friendly staff at check in, felt welcomed. Room was clean and good. Bathroom clean and good. Only negative was the shower had terrible water pressure. Excellent continental breakfast. Lots of choices for adults and children.

Make sure the hot tub is working at all times. And put palm trees around the hot tub so we don't have to see the ugly freeway.

Rachel at the front desk was very courteous and friendly. She was also professional and checked us in quickly and efficiently. The parking was easy and amenities were great.

Room was great, quiet, clean . Had reservations for a king room but none were available upon arrival. So was given two queens. Desk clerk was very friendly.

Staff were all welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
