We had a great time room was clean staff was polite and helpful

The staff lady that help us was extremely rude. Loud voice response and her look was definitely rude. Worst part when we got there was the swimming pool area, they did not have a seat to put our stuffs. It was definitely over capacity. Food was just way way to over price.

Beds need 4 pillows not 3!!

We stayed for 2 nights they didn’t clean the room,we ask for trash bags cause we thought it out,we never got them,so we have to leave the rest of trash in the table.but the res it was good,

The automated check in was a challenge. It couldn’t find our reservation. A nice young staff member helped us out. Also the credit card we checked in with was not attached to our wristbands so we couldn’t charge anything to our room. We let it go because we were only there one night. I suppose automated everything is our future but hotels better make sure it works. Room was nice and the water park was enjoyed by all. Also parking is $20. Not appreciated.

I had a terrible experience when I went 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. For one, the wave pool was broken, which was very upsetting because this is the MAIN thing my kids wanted to come here. Second, check in was at 4pm we weren’t able to check in till 5pm!! They said they didn’t have rooms available for us yet. I just feel for paying $545 a night and having all this happen was very disappointing. Mind you the water park closes at 8pm.

We mainly came for the water activities but it was not on their web site that the tidal wave pool and another slide was not working. Also the outdoor pool was closed for cleaning leaving a lot of people upset like us. It was open eventually. I felt like I wasted a lot of money going at the time that my family came.

One of the pool that my kids love not working very disappointing

Wave pool was closed which was what my child loves the most, then i bought the wolf pass to try the climbing thing but he was to small for that then tried to do the mirror maze which was also closed and unable to be used. This was my second time and was very disappointed this time.

I brought 4 kids, my daughter, and myself to Great Wolf Lodge. We enjoyed most all of the water slides, the miniature golf, and the bowling. Our room was very comfortable, and clean. Once you get inside the property, the kids can do several activities. A great one stop getaway.

We absolutely love the great Wolf Lodge. Can’t recommend this enough for anyone that is on the fence about going. You will absolutely love this place.

Great for families!

They have many food and snack options, but if you'd like to leave and eat elsewhere, you can add your car for in-and-out privileges. Cons: I do think they need to pressure wash the floors after the night ends. You can see residue and some debris around the drains and in the crevices, and it could've been someone who forgot to check the area at the end. My hotel room didn't have a microwave, so you can't heat up leftovers.

Great stay! Had a blast! Only "complaint" is you pay a lot to go there then they want to charge you for every attraction they have. We just did the indoor water park so it was still fun
