It was kid Las Vegas!! The staff was great checking us in and from there very friendly and patient. The food for dinner was really good. I am old enough to know as a Grandma. Tons of things todo for the kids so parents can relax. From littles 2-8 great fun of them and mom and dad. 10 and up they can chill in the pools, or water slides.

I was charged for parking and a security deposit. After checking out, I noticed an additional charge of more than $300 on my card that I was not expecting. When I contacted the hotel, they said they would open a case and follow up, but the experience left me disappointed. I expected a smooth check-in and accurate billing, not unexpected charges and having to chase a resolution.

Some of your service was very rude especially back there by the indoor swimming pool the restaurants back there food what’s cold soda machine was not working. I had called so I can get a canopy outside while text. They said they had one ready for me brought it went back to go get it and they said they didn’t have any so nobody there’s on the same page from all who I had encountered with. That was very frustrating and disappointing.

It was such a pleasant experience to stay here. Every transaction at the place is card only, no cash as payment. Family friendly environment. It is crowded especially during summer time. Food was expensive, but very convenient. The room was clean. The couch futon was dirty, but we didn’t use it, so it wasn’t a problem for us. There were linens in the closet for the sofa futon (if you plan on using it). My kids loved the indoor water park. There are other activities to do there too! Every guest is given a wrist band which gives you access to your room, the water park, and can be used as a form of payment. If you want to do extra activities during your stay you can pay for the wolf pass.
