EV charging available plus parking spaces with outlets. Friendly staff Room had plenty of storage for clothes No ice machine Place made for extended stay, but bring own utensils, cookware if planning to cook during long stay.

It is definitely a high-quality hotel: the hallways and the room smell clean, the neighborhood is pleasant with little to no noise, and the manager is a true professional. Please keep it up!

Clean room and grounds. JB with the front desk staff was very helpful with our varied questions. This is an extended stay facility but still can stay here if only for 1 night. Note: no ice machine or coffee maker

Woke up in the morning to ants on the counter. Told the staff as we checked out and only got a disgusted eye roll. Sent an email and no response. Tried to handle without a bad review but no such luck. Looks like a newer place but not being thoroughly cleaned. Floors and bathrooms were not adequately cleaned. Apparent by dirty socks and obvious areas in the shower that were not wiped down. Unfortunate for a hotel in a good location.

No food amenities at the location as in breakfast/restaurant

Walls are extremely thin you hear all the noise. There are no amenities.

Easy check in and check out. The beds were comfortable. Good amount of storage for longer stays. Very convenient having a full size fridge, sink, and electric stove top

The rooms were clean and staff was nice The rooms were clean but as the days went on the facility smelled really strong of weed almost like they allowed people to smoke downstairs and it also started to smell in the elevator. Overall, I liked it at first but as it progressively got worse the colors were showing and I fear that in a few years it will be ran down. It attracted a cheaper crowd too which is expected being a budget hotel and it had a broken down car in the front after 3 days with a couple staying in it which became uncomfortable to see.

Positives - This is a new hotel, only open a few months so everything is bright and shiny. Front desk staff were efficient. Quick processing of our reservation. Our room had a full size refrigerator, large microwave and even a stove top. Negatives - Kind of felt like they were trying to cut corners., I was pretty surprised that they had no ice machine on my floor, so I went to the lobby and was told there is none in the hotel but that I had ice trays in the refrigerator. Obviously that did me no good since it takes hours to freeze water! It was 10:30 PM ! We had unpacked and turned on the tv which did not work, Error message said "Antenna cable Disconnected".. called front desk, they offered to change our room but we had unpacked and by now it was 11 PM so just said we'll stay where we were. Beds just not that great, pillows were medium-large but quite stiff and pretty much unusable. Breakfast not included but I knew that when I made the reservation.
