Woodspring Suites Manteca - Stockton South

The beds look cheap, metal framing exposed. Looks like a cheap motel. “Suite” looks like a poor studio. Price is not bad. But it’s not fancy and the room feels cheap

Close to freeway and shopping area. Staff didn’t explain the rules and expectations of the customers. Poor set up.

Staff where very nice and the hotel it is clean and comfortable.

The bathroom amenities was poor where we were only given 2 bath towels and 1 bar of soap and shampoo for 2 adults? The bathroom looks empty with minimal supplies.

The hotel charged double, and I disputed it with my bank and they reimbursed me, then the hotel tried to charge again and my bank reimbursed again.

Great price and very clean.. lots of food options nearby. On & off frwy. Very secure also.

Everything was great........ just dont leave food out because of the ant problem. Besides that Everything is excellent 👌

The elevator was broke people were hanging out on the stairs I left early because the persons above me were yelling and making so much thumping noise. I did not stay the night I left early that night waited at the front desk while the girl was talking in the back for 10 minutes when i told her I was leaving because i couldnt sleep she said ok bye never asing how was the stay what was wrong. NEVER AGAIN

Receptionist had a nasty attitude.

Thee ace was clean however all they offer online is not available, they called th suited without anything on it, for example they come with stove and fridge but whatever kitchen essentials you need to buy them. No pool is boring in the area there's nothing and their guys sucks too.

They should have rooms that have all the pots and dishes that are for traveler’s that are just passing through. Room that a long term resident should be charged for the pots and dishes and

Had one of the worst experience in the middle of the night someone was able to get into the hotel 2 times making a lot of noise a few doors down Shawn I complained they said it was out of their hands. I’m sorry but the person getting into the hotel 2 times is not out of your hands and waking me and my kids up. You have security entrance you have to scan to walk in how did this person come in at 2:30am and again at 3am. When complained they did nothing for me because it was out of their hands. My kids were not able to go back to bed and had a terrible experience.

Incidentally, not having irons, ironing boards, or hairdryers in the room is a great well to tell your guests that you absolutely couldn’t care less about whether the guests think the place is decent or not. Also, I’m not sure what the point of having a kitchenette in the room is if you’re gonna charge $30/day for a coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware, etc. Again, the management is going full speed ahead on telling everyone they’re just there to fleece their customers at every turn. Great work, guys! Your horrible business modeldefinitely fits in great in Manteca!!

Everything is updated. It was a very nice facility!
