Woodspring Suites Manteca - Stockton South

The people in the front desk were very nice and friendly, we will be recommending that hotel to friends and family.

The entire facility was clean and secure. You needed your key card to access everything beyond the front desk. The staff was awesome. Tub water pressure was a little weak for my liking and my room was missing the remote control and there are no blackout blinds or curtains. Other than these things I had an issue with the room and stay was awesome and anytime I'm visiting Manteca WoodSpring will be my home of choice. Thank you Staff

Room shower was dirty. The face of the sink cabinet came off. There was an extreme amount of dust and pieces of candy under the beds.

Great hotel stay, extremely clean, staff was friendly, easy check in, and priced very reasonably. I will 100% be returning next time we are in town for a softball tournament at big league dreams.

Hotel really clean, I liked the full size refrigerator and microwave. I didn’t like the bed frame, it was noisy.

It's clean, but that's the only positive thing it has going for it.

Location was good. Short on room amenities. With a kitchen in the room, it should at least have paper towels.

Brand new property, great shower pressure, hot water. Beds were not the best, bed frame was uneven and bed moved quite a bit.

The staff was very professional and friendly, rooms so clean and accommodating, place was quite at night. No shenanigans, just a comfortable stay. Love the place!

The place is brand new. They’ve been open for about a month, that part was nice. Not everything is 100% yet though. One of the washing machines didn’t work so I was up all night redoing my laundry. The staff would not reimburse me. Then after that caused me to be up all night, they would not give me a late checkout. The front desk staff were just not that good. The rooms are pretty nice but the beds are pretty cheap

OK, the location was good. The place was obviously brand new and clean, but the walls were paper thin, the beds were not that great or comfortable nor was the bedding. We heard the neighbors all night long like they were right in our ears and there was someone knocking next door at like 3 AM excessively and it literally sounded like they were knocking on our door but they were knocking next-door. We had a little kitchenette, but it wasn’t stocked with anything there isn’t even cups or like plates or anything yeah, I mean it was fine, but I would never stay there again.
