Absolutely nothing. Everything. The place was disgustingly dirty, dirty walls, trash behind the stands, the chairs are covered in dirt, curtains are so old they’re falling apart. They refused to give shampoo. Booked a king bed but was given a twin and she had the actual nerve to tell me and my partner to share and said “it’s fine” this place should be condemned and I’m honestly shocked it’s still open.

I did not like any aspect of this booked trip. First I arrive and they have no clean rooms, as if they clean the rooms on a as-needed-basis Then I get told I will be needing a $100 deposit which is not stated anywhere on their website. I understand that some properties require a deposit but usually it is reasonable and posted on their website. So when I informed them I had no way of providing the deposit I was not ready to pay, they suggested I cancel my reservation and go elsewhere.

Clean Everything was great

The office lady was nice, had a comfortable bed. The heater wasn't working, and it was freezing, there are no outlets in the bathroom and the shower wasn't clean. the tv changer on off switch and up didn't work, one of the lamps bulbs burnt out. there was no microwave and there was supposed to be one. they made me give them a $50 cash only additional deposit as well, no coffer maker nothing. The internet wasn't working, I used my own Wi fi. and I showed these things with the office and still didn't even give me a discount! NO HEAT

So Unprofessional. Never will I stay again there. The place New Remodeling. Or Shut Down . They need to bump it up.High class. Thank you

I staying for few more days and they make me pay out side the app plus they don't return my deposit.

Something bit my son in his sleep all over his hands. Looks like bed bugs.

This is not a hotel rather a rundown motel in a very bad neighborhood. Had to ring a bell to have the owner to the windows. Requested to cancel we felt unsafe staying there. Spent over a hour with booking agent to contact the motel and to cancel and requested refund. Worse experience ever. Motel owner asked to leave because booking customer service was unable to contact her phone. Agent sent an email owner said she will not reply. I would write more going to escalate this to booking corporate. Remove these pictures from booking Have the owner be honest that she does not have a lobby according to her the lobby is in renovation. I would never use booking again!

I love how big was the family room and the location was perfect for us. It was near the places we wanted to visit. I like how the beds were so comfortable and the ac was amazing it cool the whole room. The size of the room perfect with a desk and two chairs, the big amazing mirror, and the lighting with the mirror perfect. I didn’t like that they didn’t have hot water to shower and there wasn’t like enough water coming out to shower. Also there wasn’t good cups to put in the microwave to heat up water, the ones there were easy to melt in there.

The place is dirty, smells old and the bed was like sleeping on the floor! Will never stay there again. Everything!

It's a cheap place to stay I was worried a about potential bed bugs and roaches based on the reviews
