Staff was great!!!

It was a pleasant place to stay, the rooms were tidy. The beds were cozy, but there was some noise since my room was near a busy street intersection. Overall, I would rate it four stars.

Very nice room for the price

Stayed for a night with my bf and kids. Absolutely loved it. The pool was separated from the sitting area which was fine the boys still had a blast. The patio was comfortable , we very much enjoyed hanging out there while the kids played. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Usually hotels give you some cereal, milk maybe some pastry’s or eggs. But this place had a whole spread for us. It was so nice. We had breakfast before heading out. You can smell how clean this place is. Walking past the rooms being cleaned you can smell them cleaning the rooms. Overall we had a really good time. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m headed up this way.

Room was spacious and clean, wonderful place to relax and have everything we need. Will definitely be staying there again.

Early & Late check out! Hospitality hour!! No ice machines what so ever, however convenience store across the street, one is needed due to summer trips and weather is unpredictable due to heat.

The rooms were very neat and clean, kids love the room. Although we saw an empty soda can under the bed which left there by the previous guest. Overall was clean and nice.

My room wasn't ready at check in time, but otherwise it was clean and nice.

There was a major delay checking in. The clerk made a mistake and charged is as if we were walk -in’s and then realized we went through their party, Expedia. She waited for a manager to call back but it didn’t happen. Luckily, we offered a solution which the clerk agreed to, otherwise, we’d be late to our gathering.

Very very nice rooms

Excellent stay! The suite was much larger than we expected, and a fully stocked kitchen which was a wonderful surprise. The complimentary breakfast was great, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. We had a comfortable, restful night’s sleep before heading out to our campsite the next morning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! That we couldn't stay longer to enjoy all the amenities.

Nope! It was somewhere I’d stay again. In fact, I’ll be looking for more Staybridge Suites when I travel if this is representative of the chain.

We appreciated that they accommodated our request for a top floor. Loved the full breakfast with waffle makers, fruit and hot items. The beds were comfy, room was clean, staff were very pleasant and friendly and we enjoyed having the Sizzler restaurant to walk to. It was a bonus having a fully equipped kitchen too. The outdoor area was very nice with bbq grills for use. It really felt like an upscale time share! The towels were a bit scratchy and the bathroom door swings into the bathroom sink, but it was a minimal inconvenience.
