Excellent all over Elevator got busted up by some idiot in the middle of the night and being on 3rd floor had to.lug everything down the stairs

The staff was friendly. The amenities listed were actually at the property and in working condition unlike others advertised on Expedia. And the AC/Heater works great. The list they gave us for recommended food was limited. We disliked the uncomfortably hard, king-size bed with flat pillows, our room was literally across the hall from the pool, we saw ants in the room, and the hotel's location is along the side of highway 5. The hotel is small and I would not stay here again.

Love the staff! Love the indoor pool! Appreciated the freezer/fridge combo The floors could have been mopped. But other than that, it was clean!

The staff was very friendly & welcoming. Though the cleanliness of the elevator, immediate entry way was not cleaned up from the day I arrived till the I left. They ran out of food for breakfast and we had to wait 10-20 minutes.

Nice large room, comfortable bed & pillows. Enjoyed pool & hot tub. No grip bar in shower

The staff was amazing, I had mistakenly booked the wrong date.. Kayla on the front desks was extremely gracious, friendly and helpful in getting my mistake correctly changed with Bookings.com. Then even though we had never met, greeted me like an old friend when I arrived to check in a day earlier than I had originally booked!

The breakfast was your typical, pre-made, cheese omelets and Turkey sausage/patties. The bananas were a good balance. Good bagels and sweet rolls.
