Clean room and good breakfast.

I needed to rest: room was clean, facilities good, and it was close to the event center where I went on Saturday night. Perfect.

Everything was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast kitchen was the best! The kitchen man made sure everyones needs were met and food was out whatever time you showed up for breakfast.

Breakfast chef is rude. Remind him he’s in the service business

We usually love Best Western Plus, not this time. We were greeted with the man at the front fest on his phone and completely ignoring me standing there till he finished what he was watching. Then we asked for two extra pillows, he said they don’t do that. I have to sleep with extra pillows so that was a first I was ever told that and was very disappointed. Then we asked to get a blanket, he said no after he sat on his phone and acted like he didn’t see me standing there for a long time. No reason just no so my son that was sleeping right near the ac was cold all night. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower corners had mildew, the back of the sink was all dusty with small hairs. The breakfast was not big enough to feed the amount of people in the morning the kitchen staff cooked everyone’s waffles which seemed weird. No decaf, which also seemed unusual. I don’t write reviews but I booked this thinking it was excellent and also our beds were very very firm, if I had knew all this before booking I would have stayed somewhere else. The breakfast did taste good and the pool was very very nice, hopefully that helps someone.

The staff in the morning was very rude, cursing using foul language, calling names and making very inappropriate comments, the dates this was was 07/30/26-07/31/26 the lady that worked the desk and the male that worked the kitchen, made us feel very unwanted there.

Just a place for a sleepover.

Breakfast was not bad, quite a few options. Room was clean. The only negative was the area around the hotle was quite run down. Didn't look very safe in the carpark and over night anothet guest had all 4 wheels stolen from his car.

Great spot!

The location was in a great spot. Very affordable, the staff was good. The TV signal was not good. For a minute it just kept saying, unavailable. I definitely was mad, I left my fire stick.

Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and they were generous with the towels. Only complaint was the beds were hard as rocks.

The environment is clean and decent. Acceptable to road . The room , bed toilet, I love everything about the hotel. The bedding and the cleanness of the environment and the staff are great. The bathroom Wahoo Most importantly, non-smoking
