Staff was no help with any problem

It was a very interesting stay

Our stay was overall ok. Not a buffet breakfast like advertised. The room was ok, a/c worked good it had some mold all over the vents. Bad smell in the hallway and it was hot in the elevator and hallway. The pool was open. Parking was not too bad.

I had a great stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Laurel near Fort Meade. The room was spacious and the staff is friendly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. My wife and I recently stood and had a horrible experience. Upon arriving was greeted by the staff at the door as they were standing out side smoking. Asked if we were checking in, I said yes and he responded please wait in the lobby until I am done with my cigarette. Then he checked us in for one night, under the wrong name, even after having my ID. This resulting in the hotel calling us the next day while we were out exploring the DC area saying we needed to get our stuff out the room or it would be removed as it’s passed check out. I rushed backed and argued with the staff for 45minutes before they reluctantly made things right. The staff made this experience horrible.

Evening reception was too busy talking outside rather than helping check in people who were late for BTS concert.

I liked that my stay wasn't longer. I liked that breakfast was always on time. I didn't like how smug and unaccommodating the manager was. I didn't like being lied to by the manager. I didn't like being treated differently. I didn't that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and ask for towels. I didn't like that there was no exercise bike in the fitness center as pictured in the 411 I didn't like that i had tobask for current in the pool. I didn't like that the pool maintenance room was ALWAYS open. I didn't like that they seemed to have a very limited staff, but with the exception of the manager, the staff was pleasant. I dont like that i am not able to upload videos from the pool and the dining room.

Clean rooms. Wifi would not connect to our PlayStation, Breakfast is just waffles and cereal.

I arrived after 3:00 and it still took 2 hours to check me in

The staff promised towels that never came. Toilet paper 1/2 used roll, cover of air conditioner fell off without warning. Friday night baby cried all night and Saturday a celebration in the parking lot most of the evening. Sunday morning knock on door at 9:00 am. The worst MD rental we ever had.

My son was shaken the rest of the night and unable to sleep after- that was the main issue. The pool didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in some time either so we didn’t use it. Breakfast only consisted of hard boiled eggs and waffles with some cereal. The food truck next door was the highlight of the stay with the lady working there being phenomenal and helpful and made the best pupusas

People were walking in reception area shirtless without sleepers, carpet was having smell, in our two day stay no body cleaned the room, breakfast quality was worse.
