This hotel has no actual breakfast

Definitely not on the good side out of all the places I stay.

Nothing Everything! The place is beyond filthy. The whole building has a terrible odor. On top of that I booked a room with 2 beds and when I get there he gives me a room with 1 bed and says he can’t do anything about it cause he “sold out” of double bed rooms. This place is disgusting and the staff is not helpful nor friendly. Do not waste your time or money here.

The room was ok but the curtains were extra dirty. The hallway had marijuana or something smell. The breakfast was poor we saw label for cranberry juice but only apple juice. Staff did come to replace the broken refrigerator. I loved the indoor pool nice and clean. This would be my third choice if I go back to that area. Staff needs to understand English!

Do not recommend. Hotel was dirty inside and out including the indoor pool. Apparently this is a privately owned hotel. Had to ask for housekeeping on the 3 day of my 4 day stay.

We complained about the guest upstairs on top of us from room 421 and the staff would not go knock on the door they did not make them stop making all the noise we had a terrible night's sleep the staff said that they could not knock on their door they lied to us and told us that the staff checked out and come to find out they did not check out cuz the next night we have constant stomping on the top of our head we went to complain about it and my husband got into an argument with the staff person and they put us out of the hotel so I would never go back to him again they have horrible customer service.

It was nice that room was clean

The hotel is non smoking place weed is smelling the service I can even recommend my dog to go there.

I loved how good the room smelled it was clean the reception guy had a lil attitude nothing we couldn’t sort out but besides that a had a good stay

I was not impressed with this hotel. The first thing I saw when I walked into the lobby was bulletproof glass at the front desk. This immediately told me that I was in the wrong neighborhood, plus I couldn't hear the clerk in conversation, as there was no speaker system to bypass the thick glass. There only 2 luggage racks in the hotel, as we were told, and both were unavailable when my family of 3 arrived. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, the elevator, the eatery (where they offer a continental breakfast), or the hallways. It was warm everywhere except our room, and it's is still summer. The room keys didn't work, but the front desk clerk did fix it when approached about it. In the room, the charging ports on the lamp on the night stand didn't work. The TV had no service on any source. The main lamp was not plugged in, and the bathroom door could be pushed open with one finger after it was locked. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool. There was nothing that would make we want to go back. Cost to stay for one night: $115.00.

Clean, roomy, loaction, No smell of weed. Exeptional The location is hidden. If not for Booking.com, no one will know there is a hotel at that location.

The stay was ok, nothing special. My main issue was the strong mildew smell in my room.
