The tv didn’t work. It kept fading in and out. Had to have maintenance man come to fix bathroom sink. Couldn’t open door without forcing it. Plugs don’t work. No coffee or continental breakfast.

Broken glass everywhere TV remote didn’t have batteries Shower exhaust fan wasn’t working Sketchy/Unsafe Got bitten up by gnats or some flying insects inside my room!! Also saw a roach. Thankfully, no bed bugs. Only positive thing to say was that the beds were comfortable.

Wrong room! Dirty and not save at all

Avoid this hotel. Very bad.

My reservation was for 3pm. When I arrived, no staff at work. Took the manager over an hour to come. A hot dirty mess. Manager was rude and did not even try to fix the situation. Do not stay here.

I have been homeless before and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I was stalked by people outside of the building and then at one point they surrounded my car. This place is a horror show. It all looks like a scene straight out of the movie SAW

I had to check in late due to car issues, I called multiple times and no one answered. The shower didn't work. There was no trash can. Half the lights didn't work. No remote, so the tv didn't work either. Very dirty space, I will NEVER stay here again.

Roach infested, Open Air Drug Market. Broken (Bullet hole ridden "security doors" that did not lock. Did not stay in the room. not a single day of the stay. it un inhabitable

My experience was horrible, even cockroaches were in bed...all dirty and dire conditions

This place was totally disgusting, it was trashy inside and out , bugs in the room the gloor looked like it never had a sweeper tan over it and the best part was they had us on 5th floor and we had to carry our bags up 5 flights of steps , I would not recommend this place to the homeless!

I booked my room online and I paid for it. I traveled all the way from upstate New York. I got to the facility at about 11 PM and there was no room available for me and I was charged.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Half the building looked like it survived a war, and the other half might have been on fire. Staff? Oh, they were busy smoking and doing who-knows-what out front. Rudeness was the baseline—if they bothered acknowledging you at all. Meanwhile, cars were getting towed or trashed, and there was a nice little looting event happening inside. In short: abandon all hope, and if you value your sanity, run and never look back. They overbook like it’s a sport, happily taking your money for rooms that don’t exist, and then shrug when you’re left without a place to stay. Honestly, this place is a scam wrapped in a disaster.

Exterior lock/door was broken on the towers back door, and had been for some time. Walls and floor were dirty. Broken elevator with a 5th floor lock up. Someone's pitt bull was in the hall (sign: no pets allowed). Smelled of pot, phish concert level. Left after an hour with a contact high, but won't be back. Staff were doing their best with what they had, can't blame them.

The worst hotel experience I ever had. Disgusting rooms, horrible smell of cigarettes and weed everywhere, cockroaches, shady area. They even tried moving me to other rooms but all the same. Thankfully the staff did their best to accommodate but terrible property overall. Couldn’t recommend at all.
