Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laurel Near Fort Meade

The room's clean and really big, and two king size beds are just what we need. Parking's a bit tight, so finding a spot at night might be tricky

The first room we got was a ‘non smoking room’ but when we stepped in the first thing we smelled were pure cigarettes. plus there were people in the stairs smoking. We went up to the front desk and they gave us another room but equally so the carpets were dirty, the fridge and ice bucket were dirty. Overall nice ish experience but would not come back.

First room assigned was already occupied. Free breakfast was a joke, lucky if there was coffee. Parking lot lights do not work, very dark at night. Several l Ioud a n d profane arguments happened in this lot durring stay. Parking lot ligh t s not working, very dark at night. Front desk was often not staffed and many empliyees didnt seem to care . NEVER AGAIN

It took us about 40min to check-in because there was only one staff person onsite for the night. Once we checked in, the room was nice but we only had 1 set of towels. We later realized that the toilet didn't flush. When I talked with the front desk staff, she was trying to take a break but assisted me. She was able to provide us with another room. This room was better and made our stay good not excellent.

This location was dirty. Easy parking however the facility is very old and outdated. Will not return!

The lady in front desk was rude and demeaning. Asked us to wait to check in. After waiting for 30 minutes we were given keys that don’t work. We got in after keys were replaced but the room wasn’t cleaned after prior occupants. It smelled so bad and dirty. We went to lobby, a male staff asked us to wait for another room but after almost an hour no room was available. He wanted us to stay but with us too tired, almost 2 hrs wait is beyond terrible

Prepaid for room over a month in advance only for the hotel to give away the room I had booked and give me a smaller room. Staff was rude and managment was MIA. Hotel was incredibly dirty with roaches. Bedding had stains and blackout curtains were torn up so didn't work. Booked 2 nights and was so grossed out ended up leaving after 1. Do not stay here!

Was a clean room. Just passing through for work.

The toilet exploded, flooding the bathroom. I had to clean it myself on my hands and knees for 45 minutes using towels and a coffee tray. The toilet never worked properly for the entire stay. I asked for a plunger on my second day and didn’t get one until later — and I needed it constantly. There were bugs of every size, shape, and color throughout the room: on the walls, floorboards, carpets, bathroom, toilet, and even climbing in the shower. A bug fell on my head at 1:22 a.m. There were roaches on the coffee tray. I had to spray so much Raid Essentials that it triggered a sinus infection. The air‑conditioning unit didn’t work — no functioning fan, no temperature control, no climate control at all. The desk was extremely small and hard to work on. The TV didn’t have a channel guide. The coffee maker didn’t work. The microwave was the only thing in the room that functioned. The beds were firm and comfortable, but that didn’t matter because bugs were crawling on them. The breakfast was continental picked over and suspect — the toaster didn’t even toast the bagels. I left a full day early because I could not tolerate the conditions any longer. I couldn’t wait to get out. This hotel is not clean, not safe, and not maintained. I would never stay here again.

The carpet throughout the facility were still there from the time it was built. Old, dirty and smell like many of those section 8 apartments.

Yea everything was horrible the hotel stink the manager Julia or whatever her name was was very unprofessional and rude to people and customer service was some trash and she didn’t have any remorse for the circumstances of room and hotel worse experience
