Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laurel Near Fort Meade

There wasn't any Continental breakfast nor any recommendations by the staff. Appliances in my room didn't work. The room didn't smell clean. And the staff was not customer service orrient. My whole experience was unpleasant. Refer to my answers above.

Very bad place to spend a night, They don't have anything apart from bed. They are not helpful when you have a concern. I will never recommend the place to nobody.

The room was disgusting. Very weird smell, we had to buy a spray to get rid of that smell. Carpet was sticky and our feet were getting black . It looked like we were in a garage shop. Found bugs. The furniture were sticking . This place should not be in the Expedia list. I requested to get my room changed as the ceiling was coming apart. The other room was terrible too. Same smell. Wife wide was felling very un-secured

When i checked in the staff was a bit unprofessional, I explained that I did a online check-in and showed the staff the email and I was met with disgust and comments. That was my first impression and that gave the the attitude for everything else. Would not be back no recommend.

The housekeeping work was so terrible. The explanation was that they didn’t have enough staff coverage. Human hairs on the towel, one towel and one washcloth in the bathroom, bed sheets poorly fitted, floor towel absent, no tray and cups in the room, etc. I have been staying at this hotel for years now, that’s why am in the position to make this observation because of the way services at this hotel have changed for the worse. The new manager was very nice and professional. Marijuana stench continues to be a challenge for this Days inn hotel, although staff might not control what guests are doing when they check in. The house keeping job has never been in its lowest point until now! I might not use this hotel at this time- very dangerous as it constituents serious health risks.

They did clean the room before I came in but never emptied the garbage my full stay and I never had the bed made or clean towels 3 apples, 1/2 of a jug of warm apple juice and no regular coffee just decaf

The first room we were given was atrocious! Black underwear found in room. Filthy debris in the heat/AC unit, curtains broke and falling down, phone wasn't working, bathroom door looked like it had been pried open with a crowbar severely damaging the wood around the lock, warped counter top by microwave, door keycard kept deactivating after each use. The Staff on hand, Jeremiah, was extremely helpful and sympathetic offering and moving us to another room down the hall. This room was much better but... only had 1 set of towels for a 5-night stay, the shower curtain was torn, only 1 small bar soap, 1 conditioner, 1 shampoo, a couple of electrical outlets didn't work, the ice bucket had a red greasy residue in it and the closet door kept sticking. Once again, the AM Staff (don't know her name) was great just like Jeremiah. She supplied us with plenty towels, new shower curtain and plenty of toiletries. It was still a better room than the first. One day we went down for breakfast and there was no one at the front desk and NO BREAKFAST at all for a few hours. Needless to say, we won't be frequenting this location again. Again, the staff at the front desk was GREAT! It wasn't their fault that the hotel wasn't up to par.

Hey man, this is a low budget stay, don’t confuse the situation, if you’re looking to stay here you are looking to spend a lot less than usual, expect less, this spot gets the job done. A place to crash for the lo-low cost of….

The carpet in the room I stayed smelled like urine , every time I opened the door to get into the room the pungent smell was really offensive, and that’s the business section room, I had to pay 60 dollars to upgrade only to be in a smelly room

Nothing was good You charged for early check-in but you don't compensate when check-in a quest after the required time. I was check-in at 415pm because the rooms were not ready. And the room stinks, unclean, staff smoking everywhere, employees kids running around the reception. Very nasty place with unprofessional staff.
