When I got to my room and opened the door, there was a person sleeping in the bed. I slammed the door and walked up to the desk and they told me she’s been there for 2 days and hasn’t paid (they used this as an excuse to kick her out). Turns out she was friends with the staff and they were letting her stay there free. The second they gave me had not been cleaned and the bedsheets were a mess and there was trash everywhere. The third room they gave me was “cleaned” but there was a bra under the mattress and bugs everywhere. Shower was filthy and the room smelled like smoke. Also found a live praying mantis in the room. I put my foot down and decided to leave. The manager refused to give me a refund and I had to go through Expedia. Ended getting a last minute hotel for $150 more and 20 minutes further from Greenbelt. Also breakfast is not hot food it’s a grab and go but I wouldn’t suggest even trying. Other clientele there is very sketchy too. DONT DO IT. Photos I added are the “cleaned” room they gave me.

This should be called a motel, not a hotel. We were given an outside-entry room that looked nothing like the photos, and none of this was disclosed. The room and the entire environment were dirty, including the reception. The first staff member we met was rude, cold, and unhelpful. The WiFi didn't work, and guests were entered in on paper. We ended up not staying there at a, and no refund was given. Terrible experience-- I would never book here again and do not recommend.

No breakfast, dirty rooms, broken amenities, smoke and water stains, little parking, no upkeep.

The smell wafted in to your room when you open the door. I am recovering from a health issue and booked this place because it said smoke free. When I mentioned it to the Guy at the desk, he came up and sprayed lysol. When I mentioned lysol just masks it, it doesnt take the substance out of the air, He said I was trying to tell him how to do his job. My wife also found a roach climbing up the wall. The shower rod was backwards so the curtain was touching you the whole time.

Staff Almost everything. The place needs to be fumigation was only there for a few hours and I came home with bedbugs and bits. And I won't even recommend it for even an hour stay

This property is aging out and in need of major upgrades. The putter corridor is a detached motel. The hotel is engulfed in all manner of odor. The continental breakfast was the equivalent of a vending machine with no hospitality. The internet was non existent for my work laptop as well as my iPad forcing me to use my cell as a hotspot. The only highlight was checking out. I started to write the MD health code department because this operation is long overdue for inspection.

Overall, it was an ok stay. We only came over to watch the Baltimore Orioles game. Cleanliness could’ve been a little better, but other than that, no other issues to report.

Do not stay here. The room they gave us was filthy. There were stains on the bed, stains on the carpet, crumbs of food on the desk, stains on the chairs and sofa, drapes were falling off, and the fridge was filthy. I wanted to leave and stay somewhere else, but they could not guarantee that we would not be charged. A manager had to approve it, but there was no manager there. I asked them to call and text the manager, but they said the manager was off. I emailed the manager and never got a response. I asked to change rooms, and they gave me another filthy room with a big red spot on the carpet, filthy chairs, mold in the bathroom, and a broken A/C unit. The hallway was colder than our room. Both rooms smelled like smoke that was covered with air freshener. I went down to the front desk, and I ran into another guest who said she found a roach in the room. I called the next morning to speak to the manager, but was told she was in at 12pm. I asked the manager to call, and they never did. I called again, and the front desk blind transferred me to a full mailbox. When I tried to call back to let them know their mailbox was full, they kept hanging up the phone or blind transferring me back to the mailbox. I called the next day, and again there was no manager. I finally opened a complaint with Wyndham. This is a franchised run down property. Do yourself a favor and find a hotel with clean rooms and working air conditioners.

I liked the peaceful atmosphere. During my stay I didn’t receive room service, they didn’t come to clean the room or provide us with new towels. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and they didn’t even have much to provide me with. The hallway and at times the lobby smells like weed and it’s supposed to be a nonsmoking environment.

Dirty. When we arrived at 1:30 AM they gave us a room key. The room had dirty towels in the bathroom floor, the bed was unmade. The room had not been cleaned at all. The staff were okay, could definitely tell they were just there for a pay check.

Checking out Lack luster staff, dirty rooms(I changed rooms twice), ant infestation...

Muy sucio y todo con mucha peste. Las habitaciones con peste de cigarro y tabaco y mariguana. Aparte las sabana con sangré. Muy desagradable. La ropa tuve que lavarla solo por entrar a la habitación 10 minutos.

They didn't have coffee in the breakfast room.

I spent the previous weekend at the property. My only complaint was the surcharge which wasn't applied the previous weekend

Key card did not work when we returned at midnight. No one was at the front desk. Several other people waiting to check in. Called the office., no answer. Called Days Inn 1-800 number. They were unable to get ahold of the manager. After 20 mins someone came. No apologies. Then we had to wait for him to check in the other guest before he would address our key card issue.

The location I checked out 5 days early and the manager wanted to credit me for only 3.
