I liked how good it was and I’m coming back fort Meade nsa fo lyfe

This was not a great experience. I booked this hotel because it was close to my venue and during booking under amenities breakfast was listed. I woke up to being informed by the front desk that only coffee was available. Coffee is not breakfast, this really did not start my day off well. I will not be returning to this hotel or recommending this even if it is close to a venue. This was very bad advertising. Not sure if this advertising is from the Hotels.com app or the hotel itself. Something needs to be updated or fixed

Easy access to the the roads and other businesses around. Didn’t seem to be very well kept up with or taken care of.

Do not stay here or even enter this parking lot. Very scary people and scary activity going on in parking lot I feared for my life!!!!!

It had air-conditioning the roaches, no phone no wifi

I encountered cockroaches and this is completely unacceptable and a major sanitary concern.

This is a great room for the money, really. The deluxe king room with a small kitchenette that includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and cabinets as well as a good sink to wash dishes in (there’s a dishwasher but I couldn’t tell you if it works good because I prefer handwashing) is awesome to have. The bed is not terrible (I’m a harsh critic of beds so that’s a compliment) I did bring a mattress cover that doubles as a light topper, it has slight cushion so that made it perfect. The room is big which is great for me as I’m in transition to moving into an apartment that is still under repair so as I wait I have a lot of space to get organized and ready to move. Final bonus it’s a smoking room which are hard to come by in decent places. Smoking rooms aren’t generally maintained as well as non smoking rooms cause the staff knows there will be burns and stuff as a result so why rush to replace things but this room I’m not finding burns or holes in blankets or the mattress. The staff is great very helpful and pleasant.

Microwave and refrigerator No coffee maker

The top sheet had a stain and I got bit up two nights in a row. The shower was gross. You have children running around in front of your door and people having loud conversations at various hours. Its a dump. I’ve stayed here before but it seems worse now. Can’t recommend this place.

Nothing, it was horrible. Everything, the room smelled like cigarettes, the bedding was ripped and had questionable stains on it, the floor was busted up. The shower didn't work, the handle to turn it on was falling off the wall. There were people begging to buy cigarettes off of me and my husband, the rooms were so loud around us and the staff were rude. It was not worth the money you pay for, it looks nothing like the pictures. Not good at all.

Location Staff was extremely rude as my daughter and I were leaving and I’m a travel agent who attempted to provide my travel agent information and they didn’t know what to do.
