Location Staff was extremely rude as my daughter and I were leaving and I’m a travel agent who attempted to provide my travel agent information and they didn’t know what to do.

The location was good Very strong smell in the room. I reserved a non smoking room but was told since it was not a paid reservation they couldn’t guarantee, then end up giving me a very smelling room with trash can right Infront on the room

Refrigerator knob is broken. Plug refrigerator into wall outlet everything in the refrigerator freeze. I reported the issue to the front desk.

The bathroom shower was a little bit rusty and inside the bathtub there was a rust. Which need a recommendation to be checked regularly. Again air fresheners need to be placed in the room.

The Hotel is small property and I support small businesses. The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. AC was is cold and I had to turn it off,but glad that it worked so well. No complaints

Rooms were big There were roaches stayed two nights wake up after second day to find roaches crawling on my things I went to talk to the receptionist and she told me they will refund me $30 that never came I will navel go back and I will make sure this is known

Not sure if there were drugs or prostitution going on. Cars and motorcycles noise went on all night.

Absolutely nothing Roa.\nChes and potato bugs everywhere in the room, bathroom sink leaked, and the room had a horrible smell. Drug deals going down outside the room.Dogs barking everywhere on the property.People hanging out in the parking lot late at night.It was horrible

It was a chilly night and the heat setting only blew cool air. No warm air. Fortunately the bedding was thick enough to stay warm enough. The room, while clean, was very “worn” (cracked toilet lid, burnt microwave door, etc.).
