The hotel lost power for one night and provided a free breakfast (which they normally charge for) and relocated guests to a nearby Hyatt for the same rate. This was during the triple digit heat wave with back to back T-storms.

The hotel was good but it lost power for several hours prior to our checkout that created hassles, including, the elevators not working. Also, a few of the exercise bikes at the gym didn’t have functional screens. The bathroom door doesn’t lock (a sliding door).

We had bad weather the lights went out a couple of times it was a mess staff still charged for breakfast after a bad weekend

Great location to attend the Special Olympics Summer Games There wasn’t free breakfast offered like other hotels.

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful.

If you need to sleep, I would avoid this hotel as they do not address noise issues in an appropriate manner. I would not choose to stay here again for this reason.

This hotel is great! I stay here all the time. It is modern, clean, I love the walkable area, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was changed and I liked it better than the buffet. I was able to get egg whites with the turkey sausage and appreciated the modification for my health needs. There is not anything I didn't like.

The room was clean. We did not use any of the amenities. Plenty of parking. The door at the end of the hall closest to our room was not working for room card scan reentry. A few days after checking out I noticed a $32 random fee on my card from the hotel. I had to call the desk for an explanation of the charge. The front desk worker then removed the fee because she was unable to determine why the fee had been charged to my card. I would stay there again, although there were several inconveniences from the confusion on 3rd party payment to no card access for reentry on the end of the building where we stayed to having to call to resolve the issue of an unknown charge on my card. Customer service is these instances is the key to my return to Hilton Gardens.

Highly recommend this hotel. Room was super clean. Location was convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent.

If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The lobby and common areas are spacious and comfortable. Even the sheets and pillows on the bed were so comforting and soft. This hotel is an absolute gem.

Hotel is convenient for us, walking distance to ppl we were visiting. Beds comfortable, staff were professional and friendly.

Breakfast was 8/10, manager Aisha went over the top to accommodate our group. She made sure we had everything and personally got us a rollaway bed. A+ professional and very pleasant to deal with. I cannot say the same for another staff member at the desk the following evening.
