We booked this hotel because of the good pool reviews, especially for the kids, but unfortunately, there was no pool(out of order) which was disappointing for them. The hotel itself was clean, and the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby.

This place is great! I’m just sad they closed the pool, but overall this was a great stay

Do not book this hotel for pool.. they closed the pool permanently as of early august 2026.. I booked this hotel for my two years old son’s birthday.. so he can have a nice getaway weekend at a pool. When i arrived, i was told the pool was closed…

The staff were amazing. The room is clean and large compared to most. There are Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom and we were very happy to have chosen this hotel for a weekend stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including two complimentary bottles of water, coffee, and good-quality creamer, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Well located…comfortable and clean rooms….. attractive lobby and attentive staff! Very unhappy with the weekend breakfast… the food was similar to hotels that offer free breakfasts and the cost was very high for what was on the buffet. On Sunday morning we left the hotel to find a restaurant in the area rather than have the same terrible breakfast a second time. We did give feedback and the cost was removed from our bill. Our breakfast on Monday was very good with a freshly made meal. This is something very unfortunate when visiting this hotel over the weekend. It should be offered free on weekends and customers should be advised before staying at this property,

The hotel lost power for one night and provided a free breakfast (which they normally charge for) and relocated guests to a nearby Hyatt for the same rate. This was during the triple digit heat wave with back to back T-storms.
