We ended up leaving after being there for 15 minutes. The room was filthy, tiny and smelled of mold with noticeable attempted mold clean up around the air conditioner.

Outdated, hair in the sink and shower, pillows were small and too flat, closet was broken, racks in the bathroom broken, stains on the bed and chairs and crumbs on the floor.
-
When we arrived no one was at the front desk. The halls smelled, sink in the bathroom went down slowly and bathroom floor was dirty.

I had just completed a 12-hour shift and was extremely exhausted. I did not have the energy to argue for another room or search for another hotel, especially since I was only staying for one night, so I unfortunately dealt with it. However, this situation was very upsetting and uncomfortable, and it stayed on my mind because cleanliness and sanitation should be a basic expectation when paying for a hotel room. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed with your housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen to future guests. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this issue and a response regarding how this will be handled.

There were cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. The "breakfast " were slices of toast and cold cereal. The room was decent and mostly clean, but the coffee maker in the room was so dirty and crusty I wanted to throw it out.

Breakfast might be yummier with some eggs and bacon and or sausage. I wasn’t the only guest that felt that way. See above.

The toilet did not flush and tv remote did not work. Staff moved us to another room, all was good.

We have stayed at this hotel with other families in separate rooms annually for the past 4 years. Watched it decline steadily. This year the toilets would not flush in two of our rooms. Counters were dirty. And when I called the front desk they told me that the only thing they could do was to move us to a different room because there were no staff on duty that could help. Also, their idea of a hot breakfast was oatmeal, waffles, some assorted pastries, juice, and coffee. Sorry to say, but we’re gonna be looking for a different hotel at next year‘s event.

Chèck in was easy, parking was straightforward. Pulling into entrance was hectic during business hours.

It was good stay, I expected in general a fancier place considering the cost, could be a personal idea
