My money was stolen from me by management. I was insulted and wrongly charged. My husband came to Pick me up and came with my dog. I explained that the dog did not sleep at the hotel. While taking to her she said I will take the money from you because I have your card still in the system. Staff stealing my money The dirty room The unclean towels Dirty beddings Had to yummy own towels and blankets

We booked two rooms. The next morning, both my friend and I woke up feeling itchy, which seemed to be caused by unclean bedsheets. The room included a small kitchen with a stovetop. While the facilities were a bit dated and the air conditioning was sufficiently cold, the experience would have been better if the cleanliness had been improved.

Wi-Fi was NOT WORKING. Big Problem for me.

Pet friendly. 1. Night shift long hair lady was extremely rude. 2. For 4 people 1 small shampoo and soap. 3. No bath towel, only small ones and dirty yellow spots on the disgusting. 4. Fridge makes a lot of loud noise almost impossible to sleep. 5. Breakfast was terrible for 145$ a day hotel. Only few granola bars and coffee, tea. New to grab it and go to your room. No breakfast room. I stayed in many hotels way cheaper but better than that place. Would never go there again and not recommending.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but feel compelled to share our experience with anyone considering staying at this hotel. It is absolutely filthy and appears to be a haven for drug addicts and activity. When we pulled back the bedding for the first time, there were MANY hairs in both beds—and embedded in the towels, suggesting they had not been washed after the last guests checked out. There were creepy men clearly under the influence of drugs hanging out all day on lawn chairs by the dumpster in the parking lot, which was disturbing and made us feel unsafe. The hallways smelled absolutely foul, like onions, rotting food and dog excrement. This place is wretched. If you are thinking of staying here with your family, I would think twice.

It was not clean blood on sheets dirty bathroom bugs no breakfast no coffee in the room

We only needed a place to sleep a few hours so we didn’t use much of the amenities in the room or on the property. The room was clean and no odors.

Valet parking was $80 per day. $25 resort fee added to bill per day. Coffee was $9. For the price they charge per room for not even a 19 hour stay, these prices are shameful.

Bathroom needs updating.

Location was good Microfiber sheets directly on plastic, very uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible, packaged cheap muffins and coffee, no fruit was offered or protien. It was a very Budget experience, except the cost was higher. I will never stay at an extended suites of America again...EVER!

the room was a good size DIRTY!!! Hair all over the bathroom. Hair in the tub, hair stuck on the shower hooks, hair folded up in the towel you lay down in front of the shower, dead bug beside the toilet, some weird red smear of food or something on the bathroom floor. I'm fairly convinced the bathroom wasn't even cleaned. The whole room just felt dirty and I didn't even feel comfortable walking around in my bare feet. Room had a weird smell. TV remote didn't work.

Grab n go breakfast. Only cold coffee nothing else. Avoid

the breakfast, that wasn't breakfast, it was a snack.... just muffin and coffee not a good assortment of muffins, you need to add juices, everyone don't drink coffee the cleaning was also terrible, no change of towels or sheets until you leave. I have never had that done or heard of that, they come every day after the customer leaves, and they give fresh towels and change the sheets. To have to go get towels, and the front desk person says if you want to change your sheets, come down and get some clean ones WHAT!!!!! The young man at the front desk had a terrible attitude and personality.
