Very disappointing. Not what I expected. The staff was friendly.

Basic room and space

The floor was covered in some sticky substance that we removed ourselves with paper towels and water. The sheets and towels were never changed. The freezer has a defrost cycle that drips water to the contents of the refrigerator.

Also the room was not cleaned throughout the whole stay (11 nights)

Just Vanessa who checked me in The room was filthy. The floor and countertop was not cleaned. The room had a foul/funky smell from someone smoking prior. Very upset because the sheets had a stain. Luckily I brought my own sheets because I wasn’t sure about the hotel because I never stayed here.

Would not recommend this hotel. Entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Room was sparse and dingy. No shampoo or body wash in shower. No hairdryer. No utensils in kitchen to cook with of any kind. Overall not a good experience. Glad we only booked for one night.

Strange smell in the hallways.

Don’t go unless extreme necessity!!

Our air condintioner didn’t work the front desk clerk Vanessa said she was sorry they were all booked and no other room to move us too. Then she went and got us a fan for our room. Today when we checked out they gave us a 50% refund on our room. Vanessa was very good and went above to help us

Very Bad Experience

I love staying here very friendly people work here rooms are so big and have a lot of space for clothes and all love the kitchen I will be staying for a while

No wifi, clean room

Didn’t partake in the breakfast.

It was dirty noisy and smelled of smoke. We were there less than an hour and had to leave and go to another hotel

That wasn’t breakfast Some fruit would’ve been nice.

Worst stay at a extended stay ever. Started off with had reservations for king size got there and we're all out had to get double, sink kept backing up on its own. Said staff would look at it but never did. One of my employees tripped getting out of the shower and broke the toilet. Noone even came to look at it once front desk was told and made him stay in same room with no toilet. Good thing my guys are dumb so they could at least turn water off. Second day with the toilet they came to fix it but took all the towels to soak up water, went to front desk to get towels to rake shower they said that he needed to return other towels in order to gwt new ones. They were informed that maintenance took them and said we can't give yoy new ones without returning old ones, tried to extend room with front desk and said they were unable to do sonuntil date was reached, ok I get it, went down on the morning we were checking out said they could not extend but had to check out withbstuff and recheck in. Never again saying here.

The lobby area was being renovated, and there was no notification that this was the case before booking The pillows in the room were terrible in the TV and TV stand. Layout was not convenient to watch TV anywhere in the room unless you’re standing in front of it.
