Very helpful staff, everyone was very attentive of our needs.

Although not in Princeton, the motel is very close and much cheaper than most hotels in the area. The room is generous and everything was clean. The free breakfast is there but is pretty basic - a wrapped muffin or sugary breakfast bar. My room was clean but uncarpeted, so it wasn't very warm and welcoming. To be fair, I wasn't planning to stay for long, so I didn't really notice the kitchenette or other amenities that perhaps would have made me feel better about my stay if I had needed them.

The room was not very clean. The floor was noticeably dirty. On the second night, I noticed a big hairball next to the night stand. It seemed too late to ask for another room...

The listing on the website states breakfast available and instead it is just a grap and go. This is not breakfast. There were no dishes, pots or pans in the unit, yet it has a stove and refrigerator.

The staff were very personal and wonderful They do their best to accommodate you I stayed there several days as planned keep changing they would allow me a late check out so I can reorganize myself Requesting kitchen set was free so the towels It’s not the residence inn or homewood suites however for this Brand the staff make it special and they set the bar high for other extended stay where I had awful experience Thanks Krilia leclerc

The bed was comfortable. The sheets and towels were new, fresh and clean. The front desk people were responsive and helpful. The air conditioning worked okay. The floor in the room was sticky and not clean as it should be. We wore our shoes at all times so as not to get our feet dirty. The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly and was backed up, we were concerned so did not use the sink as we wanted to. Also, the sink faucet spray was too strong and caused splashing. There was no venting fan in the bathroom for odor or steam removal. The refrigerator in the kitchenette was noisy when it cycled on, and stayed cycled on for a long time after the freezer or refrigerator was opened. There was no information given, either online or in the room, that dishes, silverware, and cooking pans were available for use in the kitchenettes, and that dishes could be left in the kitchen for room service to clean up. The lights in the elevator flickered off and on. The "Breakfast" was just coffee, tea and granola bar or prepackaged muffin. I could not eat the items provided because I must have gluten-free I was expecting eggs, sausage or bacon, fruit and juice, so I was mislead and dissappointed . I did not want to use the provided coffee creamers, because not sure if they were properly refrigerated or kept cold. I came to this area for surgery, I could not risk becoming ill during this trip.

Dirty elevator, disrespectful staff, and they charged me for the stay twice.

Neat and clean room, quick check in and check out.

No drinking water available, asked for towel at the front desk and the answer was that you have to wait till cleaning staff comes, no water even in the breakfast, breakfast just coffee, hot water and small muffin. Don't waste your hard earned money, they forced me to get water bottle from the vending machine which cost me $3.5 USD for small bottle.

It was not as clean as it should be and one of the doors were unlocked although it states in order to get in the building you need your key, which is a security issue.

My money was stolen from me by management. I was insulted and wrongly charged. My husband came to Pick me up and came with my dog. I explained that the dog did not sleep at the hotel. While taking to her she said I will take the money from you because I have your card still in the system.
