Great spot with solid location. Staff was amazing and room was even better. Fully recommend.

The location right off the freeway and it had a Cracker Barrel right next door. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was spacious. They had motorcycle specific parking right by the front door. The staff was helpful and friendly. They put us on the second floor, right next to 2 very powerful spotlights that brightened our room like it was daylight, all night. I got very little sleep. The dinner menu was quite limited, so we went next door to Cracker Barrel.

I left before the second of two night stay as I had reason to go home. It was a non-refundable reservation which I was willing to pay. You can imagine my surprise when I received a pro-rated refund for the second night. Thank you so much! Everything was fine. Easy access to a nearby restaurant and Uber service!

All was good. Elevators was broken at the time but was fine.

Shower didn’t drain properly and we were stuck standing in 2 inches of water after a brief time. No drinking water in the room. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided was all very low quality

On the first day, there was sugar free yoghurt and other keto alternatives. I understand that attending to every guests personal situation is difficult, but having less sugar loaded food would be great. The fact that there was only yoghurt on the first day. So I had to go to Wegmans and buy my own, as other alternatives had way too much sugar.

everything went well

-arrived 345p (3p check-in), told room wasn't ready-why? -4a woke up to loud music in hallway; 415a, went to investigate-it was coming through the hotel's speakers; asked night Clerk to turn it down, he did -630a started 2 straight hours of slamming doors; it was the kitchen staff prepping breakfast; idea-prop the door open if people are coming in/out every 90 seconds -830a, finally slows down and I get back to sleep -915a, housekeeping bangs on door to see if I'm still there; maybe should've had the do not disturb sign out but, this was just the proverbial cherry on top to a horrific night's sleep As noted above, it may have just been a bad room location but, the staff needs to be informed to be a lot more diligent in keeping noise way down.

The entrance was nice and clean and bright. When calling about placing my stay here, they told me there was a pool on property. We got there and there is no pool. One of the only reasons we booked it was because of a pool. The bathrooms were gross, the floor didn’t meet the walls, there were holes in the blackout curtains.

I love the staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. The sheets in the room were clean and towels were clean. I love that breakfast is provided daily. However, there should be a small class on how to make oatmeal. Some days its perfect then some make it watery.
