Hyatt Regency Princeton

Super closer to Princeton University and Mercer County Park (where we played)

The overall experience was pretty good. The only issue I had was there were a couple bugs in my room. I did let the front desk know and they had loss prevention come and take care of it. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was nice. The kids loved going to Princeton which was close to the property.

The hotel had a resort like feel. Our room had a balcony with a view of the atrium which was nice. It kept the room from feeling stuffy. Definitely booking here again.

We did not have the most comfortable stay at the Hyatt regency. For one the pull out bed is very flimsy and you can feel the bars underneath, the sheets were very very thin and hard with no softness, the toilet seat broke upon upon opening. The shower was stained, the carpet had dirt like it was not vacuumed, and there was lots of rust on surfaces. Truly was an uncomfortable stay and will not be back.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, we enjoyed our stay.

The entrance also had a weird smell when you entered almost like something you would smell at a barber shop. The food was over priced, the pool door stuck and wouldn't allow anyone's card key to open it. The gym was nice and bed comfortable.

Recommend if you’re in the area. Great stay !

Check in was quick. Room was clean. No microwave or vending machines. There is an ice machine. Swimming pool and gym are adequate. No exhaust in the bathroom making it very foggy after bath. Water in the shower stall drains very slowly. Other than this, food in the restaurant was great. Housekeeping is good too.

The FD supervisor was so disrespectful and disgusting to the point where I will complain to Hyatt and Pritzker. This lady should not be held a position in customer service. Kept me and my kids for almost 30 min past 3PM telling me 3PM is the start of check in doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed. Who the heck trained you to be an agent. Came back to us saying I was coming to tell you that I got a room for you but kept us waiting because she didn’t like my way of talking. What now ? You must be kidding me. I’ve worked in hotel for Almost 15 years as FD manager, AGM and GM for high end hotels and If she worked for me she would be fired on the spot.

The room was clean. The parking was good stuff was very nice and friendly.

The property was available. Parking was easy and convenient. And the check in staff was pleasant despite being overwhelmed. They seemed to be short staffed. We waited much longer than usual to check in at 10pm. The room wasn’t all that clean and didn’t come stocked with the bedding for the sofa, which was needed because the double queen we booked wasn’t available. The cooling system in the room didn’t work on auto and had to have the fan on high to regulate.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Hyatt Regency in Princeton, NJ. We stayed there last year as well during a college tour. No hassle check in, clean room, and reasonable cost. The overall energy was just positive. On site breakfast buffet was delicious, and service was perfect.

I always stay here. by far the best place in town. Good size rooms.

by far the best place in town. Be sure to get the rooms with windows to exterior. Windows to the interior of the hotel, can be a bit noisy with people.
