Not sure why when our dishwasher was obviously broken and unusable (both top rack tacks had pulled from the sides of the interior so the rack tilted downward as you pulled it out, plus one of the long, rotating wash blades was laid in the rack!

Breakfast lacks variety. It would benefit nice to have sliced ham, sliced cheese. Yogurt choices are awful. Kitchen in room 120 was not equipped with cooking utensils, sponge to clean dishes, and had only one dish towel. We stayed there 7 nights !

The room never got below 73 humid degrees despite the thermostat being set to 68 and it was hot sleeping. The shower floor was slimy and slippery. The toilet didn't flush properly. The kitchen had three forks, one knife and one spoon (for two travelers). There was a (not optional) nightlight in the sink area that shine brightly and lit up the bathroom. Overall, this was a terrible room. The staff was friendly when we checked in, and the breakfast was just okay but it was included.

I had a very quite room and parking was a breeze. Centrally located to the university and lots of places to eat near by.

The staff was great, especially Grace. She goes above and beyond to help everyone in that lobby. However I was a bit disappointed when I saw such a beautiful courtyard but not maintained that well.

Next morning both elevators were broke and we were on the third floor. My friend has asthma heart and BP issues and had to use inhaler after climbing down the 3 flights. I hurt my back bringing the bags down. I asked for compensation for difference in price between the room I ordered ( king suite) and what I got (studio suite), the answer was no nor did they offer anything for violating ADA requirements with broken elevators or lack of enough air conditioning to be comfortable on a hot night. The next day when I called to ask for compensation, I was told that they were in the middle of fore alarm issue. There appears to be serious maintenance issues with this hotel. The staff was apologetic and tried their best to help but manager refuses to deal with anything
