Princeton Marriott at Forrestal

Great hotel!! Staff was amazing!! Clean. Lots of places inside and outside to sit and hang out. Great walking trail. Highly recommend.

Zero customer service skills.

The staff at the Marriott were incredibly personable, friendly, and kind throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our initial room was not up to standard. We found stains on the bedding, old food underneath the bed and nightstand, and there were flies in the room. After bringing these concerns to the front desk’s attention, they promptly moved us to another room, which was much cleaner and provided a much better experience. While I appreciate how quickly the staff addressed the issue, I was disappointed that no compensation was ever provided despite being told by the front desk that it would be. The customer service was excellent, but the cleanliness issues in the original room and lack of follow through regarding compensation left us feeling somewhat dissatisfied overall. While this experience was disappointing and not the normal for Marriot, I hope the hotel improves its attention to cleanliness and guest concerns in the future.

It’s lovely nice and quite

The layout and grounds There was an issue with spiders which concerned me my wife is allergic we were given another room but weren’t directed where it was located.

Room was clean. Maid service was good. Hotel has a great layout. Bar service not good. Difficult to be acknowledged even when practically empty. Not a word of small talk. Flag him down for a refill, or you will remain parched.

The venue was very attractive, classy. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Clean and quiet. No problems whatsoever.

It was really nice. there was not a sauna as advertised but other the that it was great

Staff was very nice at the front desk. Nice restaurant bar area. Overall Pretty hotel. Breakfast was good as well.

Staff was extremely friendly and rooms were clean.

Secluded yet near everything

Had many issues with water heating, issues with plumbing, tv broke down ,no vault, ultra cheap coffee maker, 5 day stay and my sheets were not changed. Spoke to lobby about the many issues with our stay and how we are extremely unhappy with all of the above, no steps were taken to make our stay a bit of a better experience. The yard is in horrible condition, you see trash all over from the room window. Also, the bellboy gives you the buggy, he does not help with the baggage, why can't the front desk do that. Big issue with management in the place. Out of the 15 hotels that we stayed during our family road trip, this is easily the worst. Im writing this all here as no one is willing to listen to all these issues in the hotel and not smirk, Beware! (Don't let the high price and name make you think your booking luxury)

Indoor pool very clean! We had a wonderful sat and staff very nice and accommodating.
