The hotel had a musky smell. Phone in room did not work. Was told I could use my cellphone. TV only got some channels. Some front desk people were helpful others didn’t seem to care. Restaurant was one bright spot although a limited menu

What a great stay! The room was spotless with plenty of towels, and the bathroom was very clean too. Loved having snacks available in the lounge, and the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. Parking was well lit, which made me feel safe, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay again with my family!

We have a flight canceled on 28th and we have requested for one day cancellation and extension for one day. They charged for 28th but we tried to contact them on 28th and informed but they deducted the amount for stay as it was done through Expedia

Everything was old and outdated.

Pagamos el servicio de desayuno por u costó extra y había muy poca variedad y no estaban los mismos alimentos exhibidos en el menú, el primer día faltaba más de una hr para la hr límite y ya no había jugo de naranja

Excellent hotel. Well maintained
-
Overall it was pleasant experience. property is good but there was little smell lingering in the room due to carpet or something sprayed in room etc. The desk associates were good and pleasant. Overall it's not a bad place to stay for a night or so..

Fair hotel

In addition, the bathroom door handle was broken and did not work properly. When reported these problems to the hotel staff they brought the spray to treat the room however i asked them to come back in the morning because the kids were sleeping the bed bug problem was not resolved and my children continued to be bitten during the night. Overall, the room was unsafe, poorly maintained and not suitable for the family. I booked this hotel through Expedia expecting a clean and safe place to stay, but my experience was the opposite. I am requesting that Expedia investigate this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the poor conditions and the inconvenience and distress caused to my family and i also hope this review helps warn other travelers so they can make an informed decision before booking this hotel.

The hotel has ample parking space and well maintained premises. The room and beddings are clean and fresh. The location is historical and not too far from notable institutions such as Princeton University and Carnegie center. The staff are polite and professional and responded very well to the pressure of a relatively high number of guests. This is a good hotel for individuals and families and groups who want a peaceful and refreshing visit to Princeton.

I would not recommend this hotel if you have other options. The water pressure and toilet flush were both very weak. In addition, breakfast was not included with the reservation and had to be purchased separately.

Este hotel no devuelve tu dinero .

It was clean but the guest staying that night were unbelievable out of control banging on doors jumping in the pool after hours the police was called a few times. I bet this is out of the hotels control but I would be worried if those are the kind of guest they attract regularly

Very clean

The elevator was broken. The breakfast was inedible. I understand that the hotel was fully booked but it was understaffed. Those there did their very best to accomodste customers and were pleasant. There was a big tournament in town a d the hotel was not prepared.

I want to make sure the staff receive no blame for the quality of my experience, because it was very clear they were being overworked. This is an ownership problem. They were understaffed and doing great work with the resources they had, they simply didn’t have enough resources.
