We were not informed that this hotel was no longer in business. We had to seek other accommodations at the very last moment during a very busy planned a year in advance trip!!!!!
-
Nothing. It was closed. Everything.
-
Unable to contact the property via phone or email, still waiting for their response.

The hotel was shuttered and no one contacted me to let me know!!! An actual open hotel!

It closed last year. It closed last year.

I wanted a kitchenette and this fit the bill. With that said, the facility was pretty basic. The room was spacious and the kitchen had the bare minimum of stuff I needed. Everything's a bit worn. Okay breakfast, gym was terrible--lots of broken equipment.

The Rome were clean and okay. Everything was great until our privacy was violated We had to leave after two days of being there due to is not feeling safe. There was a guy who walked inside of our room without knocking. We also had a do not disturb sign on the outside of our door plus corresponded with staff day one of our arrival that we did not want to be bothered the entire time if our trip. This happened twice so we left. Our safety was more important

Doors locked and closed down. Took my payment out of my bank account and I could not get in to stay. Sign on the door saying closed. Don't Book it!!

The facility was in the process of closing down at the end of the month. We didn't find out until the end of our stay. We were there for approx. 10 days. Breakfast was inadequate - no variety - same breakfast served the first 3 days. On the 4th day no eggs at all - not boiled, not scrambled, no plain cream cheese, no pancakes, few apples, no cupcakes/corn muffins, no bagels. In addition business facilities - printer, computer were unavailable because they had already been disconnected. Pool was closed despite signs that it should have been open. Washing machines/Dryers were very much in need of replacement.

Excellent spacious rooms. I requested a baby crib during the booking process and received confirmation from the management that it would be available upon check-in. However, when I arrived, there was no baby crib available as promised.

Location I was told instructions to hook up to WiFi were in room but there was nothing. I called front desk and they referred me to a toll free number. Dialed it, went thru voicemail before I was able to speak to a person who helped me. It took over 20 minutes. Toilet mechanism didn’t work regularly so I took top of tank off and fixed it twice myself. Very minimal exercise room and half the equipment was broken. Sink faucet moved around when you touched it. This place is a bit worn and someone needs to give it some upgrades.

Great Breakfast with variety. Better housekeeping.

The comfort of a kitchen and being able to prepare your own food. I couldn't connect to the wifi, it was very complicated. I didn't have a pin and I couldn't get into the page. Uufff

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were decent The kitchen sink was leaking, they offered a fireplace in the booking but upon arrival you have to purchase wood separately. The bathroom tub was rusted, they offered a balcony but the balcony was locked and you couldn’t open it, the location was confusing my partner and I ended up near a nursing home multiple times because getting to the facility was inaccurate to the Maps via iPhone. The size of the tv and how outdated the furniture is.

A studio apartment with full kitchen is a great convenience. The facility is anything but new (80‘s style) but for the most part well kept. Exceptions see below. The first room had a very strange smell. A utility room door was open, it appeared something had happened in the wall. The second room was okay, except it had coffee but no coffee maker, the light in the shower didn’t work, worse was a head splitting whine that occasionally came from the ventilation system. The rooms need to be checked before guests arrive.

The setup for the 2-bedroom loft was just right in accommodations The room had too many spider webs. Needs more attention in the dusting area
