Nosotros reservamos una habitación de una sola cama, cuando llegamos el chico se negó a darnos lo que reservamos, nos dio un cuarto con camas separadas, le dijimos que mi marido tiene claustrofobia, que por favor no de un primero piso y tampoco quiso, no puso en el cuarto piso, así que mi marido no podía subir y bajar solo, fue un chico por la tarde muy desconsiderado. El chico que está por las mañanas es muy amable.

The front seat was rude, and did not check us and disregard our reservation

That said, the front desk staff and manager were exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating. When we brought the issue to their attention, they responded promptly and allowed us to move to a different room. Their excellent customer service and willingness to help greatly improved our overall experience and were sincerely appreciated.

Found a cockroach when we checked in. Then more cockroaches through out our stay. It’s definitely something that needs to be addressed through out the whole building. Glad our stay was only three nights - we were happy to check out!

Nothing My room was smell Refrigation was smelling they Chang my room that was ok but I already mentioned in this stay one time my room door got lick so I had to stay out four to five hour I can’t go because everything was in my room I had to change cloth etc but they gave me credit for that so it was good but some time time and meeting is important so that was important for me but sometime price is good and some room may be ok
