The air conditioner was incredibly noisy.

The staff was friendly and informative of what extended stay offers the room was clean and the dishes and cookware were good as well if am passing by that side of town I will definitely stay there again.

Our room smelled horrible. Not much you can do when the place is full I guess. The front desk host was super nice and well mannered. The breakfast was a "grab-n-go", packaged mini muffins and nutri grain bars. There was hot water for packaged oatmeal, but didnt see any bowls. Good quick spot to sleep, but nothing special.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There were ants everywhere and the worst part was the alarm going off at night. A big mess!

The room was clean and all utilities worked. The kitchenette was useful. Continental breakfast consisted of food bars, oatmeal and coffee, no big deal. Overall a good stopover for a night or two.

The WiFi was required extended management assistance … many attempts to connect, but did work once connected. The small breakfast nook in the entry foyer had two kinds of small, single packaged muffins, hot water to make paper cup amounts of 2 different kinds of oatmeal. Only drinks offered were hot water for coffee & tea. As ‘Baloo the Bear’ sang in the movie ‘Jungle Book,’ … the stay meets “just the bare necessities of life.” It met the ‘Basic Needs’ — a place to clean up, rest after a full day, WiFi connection, TV, & a nice queen size bed to crash on.

Barking dog across the hallway! NO LOBBY SITTING AREA. Also the driving to get back onto Highway 1 going South was not easy! Would have liked to have a map at the front desk for this information.

Room we selected was smoke free but they gave me smoke room. No utensils in room kitchen

The staff was very nice. The price is low, so this is basically a no frills hotel, which is ok. I saw a handy capped assessable room that was freshly painted and updated, so they looked nicer than what I had. It was fine for a few nights.

I wish the beds were queen vs. full but we knew that going into it.

Location needs work and updating. The amount of people outside talking and making noise all night is crazy. This is not the place to grab a room for the night and expect to have a peaceful evening sleeping. Noise, Cars, Yelling never stops. The condition of the room leads me to believe the stays here are more for temporary housing and less of a hotel chain. Expedia needs to review this location on the site and correctly identify it to the parties using the website to make reservations.

Staff is not great either. The grab and go breakfast was a joke.

Smell of marijuana

I stood at other extended stay American suites and nothing can compare to this one this is more of a MOTEL not a hotel , very dirty room floor made my feet soo black bugs crawling on the wall, the exit door in front of my room which led out in the parking lot was not locked which made it feel very unsafe, very disappointing stay

AC worked exceptionally well. noticed a washer and dryer for use. check in was late. they never really accommodated anything for this inconvenience. and said they could have cancelled me flat out !

Nothing specific.

The advertised breakfast was just coffee, and Quaker Oats packets and some cellophane breakfast bars and with literally no chairs to sit in the breakfast area. But, overall, the hotel was still a great value. We would definitely return.
