Close to Princeton University. So disappointing and frankly shockingly gross. I have never slept in a hotel room that plugged up holes with toilet paper, had visible rust, mildew, and trash in the shower, burn marks on the furniture and skid marks on the walls. Disgusting! To add insult to injury( not to mention a $200/night price tag), the check-in receptionist was completely off put and acted as though she wanted to be anywhere but there. I get it now! When my husband arrived at 8:59am for breakfast he was told the breakfast room was closed and was not even permitted to get a coffee to-go meanwhile the coffee set up in the room did not include creamer. We had booked two nights and on our first morning the breakfast “hot item” consisted of pancakes in which the machine required the attendant to add another bag of mix. When it was brought to her attention she said it was working just fine. It wasn’t until another party of 8 celebrating a birthday came in and also complained that she made the needed replacement. I know this may sound trivial but each one of these stated complaints added up to a lousy stay. I couldn’t wait to checkout. DO BETTER SONESTA.

Location and big connecting rooms for family Maintenance work required tap and shower shifting issues … need more efficient staff specially checkout time staff was feeling disturbed if you bell the counter bell as staff was doing breakfast after 10

The receptionists have "I do not care" attitude. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Breakfast is good and they have a good variety. The property feels dated and not well cared for. The staff - Front Desk help was not existent. The place feels quite dated and old with no strong management. The GM is no where to be seen.

Location good to visit Princeton University The room and bad linen are clean. We stayed one night in two bedroom suite and it was big and nice once, just very outdated It’s fair to the price. You get what you pay for. Very outdated hotel, neglected and poor. Breakfast minimal and too early. Fitness room a joke. Not recommend.

Property is clean and well kept. Some of the furniture in the room is out dated but huge condo type rooms with full kitchens. Will always stay here when I am back in the area .

There were some water leak marks on the ceiling which were dirty. There were some noisy neighbors playing loud music and cars with modified mufflers making noise during night times in the parking lot. Which were disturbing sleep.

This is my 3rd time here with my family.Rooms were great ,I had a kitchen and 2 separate rooms with king size bed and queen size bed.Only about 1 hour 20mins from home. The gym Is small.But the rooms makes up for it.
