During check in the young lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly. The rooms could use updating. Over all I would stay again

Booking.com Minor maintenance issue

Everything was clean. But, it surprised me couple of the seats at lobby were beat up.

The carpeting (everywhere) felt vaguely wet and everything was just a little janky: holes in the closet and the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced (but at least it was hot). Breakfast included meant waiting for the egg station to get refilled (I don’t know if it ever did- we left after about 10 minutes). I was also surprised to see a large national chain showing the In Touch Ministry on their lobby televisions, something that might alienate a large portion of their clients. Unless Christianity is part of their mission statement, in which case I’d like to know that from the jump. The pool was fine and they had lots of clean towels available for guests. Our room included a kitchenette that looked great though we did not take advantage. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you don’t want to feel like you’re sharing a room with your neighbors on all sides.

Plenty of room. Adequate breakfast included I was hit with a surprise $250 security deposit in addition to the room charges. It has not yet been refunded.

Convenient, comfortable, reasonable.

Very good

Our room the AC wasn't working and it took a day to get a new room. The second room smelled like smoke. Will never stay here again.
-
Room had a damp smell the carpet covered a hole in the floor that I almost sprained my ankle in. Lighting was poor Well I just can’t say anything good about the place. We checked out after one night even though we booked for two. My advice stay away

In town for a family gathering nearby, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and spaciousness of the room and amenities. It was relatively quiet (save for the kids playing basketball at 6:00 AM on a Sunday...), despite being just off Rte. 1. This was our first time at a Sonesta property, and I imagine we'd use them again in the future!

We had 2 suites. One was excellent and the other smelled of old smoke and deodorizer. The 2 BR and 2 baths were very comfortable for our guests. Kitchen was decked out with coffee & tea. The pool was clean and fun with plentt of lounges and clean towels. I highly recommend this hotel.

Like the room set up

We enjoyed the excellent location of the property. The suite was relatively spacious, with the living room separated from the bedroom, providing extra comfort, privacy, and space to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the overall room layout made our stay enjoyable. The gym was quite small and had limited equipment. I was also disappointed with the breakfast selection, which lacked variety. Even basic options such as waffles were not available, making the breakfast experience less satisfying than expected.

I also think it is ridiculous to pay 15 dollars early check in if the room is ready.
-
My second time, rooms comfortable, clean and accommodating. The breakfast time is a bit early 7-9am.

The property is very dated. Not too clean ie chicken bones were on the external stairs for more than 3 days ..actually till we checked out. WiFi was awful. The receptionist when we checked in had a ‘couldn’t be bothered’ attitude. She was the same when we checked out. One of the TVs wasn’t working when we called reception she was very abrupt …gave us a number to call then hung up on me! However the gentleman that came to help with the tv was very polite, cordial & helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Location Rude front desk clerk. Dirty, stained, burnt, peeling, sticking door, no bakeware. Ice machine was jammed upon arrival. Floor in bathroom was sticky. We had zero housekeeping service the entire 3 night stay. Outside landscaping was unkept. On top of everything I fell out of the shower and slammed my head on the toilet. This was an ambulance ride to the hospital where I was diagnosed with a concussion!!

Internet speed is super slow. You can not watch any movie online. Sometimes you can’t connect to WiFi.
