I was surprised at the last minute rush of new visitors over the July 4th weekend so it was suddenly very crowded in this Adult Bar/lounge/Lobby undergoing renovations, and Pool, but still manageable. The staff was superlative and Shira and Aliah at the Lounge/Bar were exceptional in their service. I'd love to return at another time and by then full renovations complete.

The hotel is family friendly everything was excellent and clean, with lovely green areas. The only downside was that the pool had so much chlorine that it could irritate the skin.

Property has an indoor and outdoor pool, has a bar, bistro and snack stand. Well maintained hotel with clean updated rooms

Great for a quick disconnect this summer

Even though the property was undergoing some renovations on the first floor, it was still a great experience. The staff person behind the bar on Thursday afternoon was exceptional. My only complaint was I had to buy ice 😔 otherwise everything was terrific.

But it was clean, the ac worked and the staff was kind.

Good location with nearby restaurants. The restaurant bar area under construction so limited space and service.

Great hotel

Stay was comfortable, only complaint is that housekeeping wouldn’t come to clean until later in day. One day I we were out from 9am-4:30pm and housekeeping had just gotten to the room. Another day was a similar experience where we were gone from 10am-2pm and no housekeeping. Also had to request bedding change

Under construction. Can’t notice it much. Room was on 4th floor. Sink and shower wouldn’t drain but great bed, amenities and breakfast was good too. Gym needs some updating as does not meet pictures. Solid stay for good price. Would go back.

The rooms left a lot to be desired. Old with some new renovations.

So we went down to the hotel restaurant, wow what a disappointment. So we left the hotel and went to find some local place to eat. Much better. Did I mention the toilet? 10:00 PM as we were getting ready to go to bed my wife decided to use the toilet. oh yeah, the toilet OVERFLOWED, as you can imagine we were a little panicked. He called down, looking for some urgent help, 20 minutes later, a man showed up with a plunger. He said I’m not the cleanup guy. I’m just a plunger guy. 10 minutes after he left a man with a rag and a spray bottle show showed up. He left. Later a lady came back with what looked like pool towels. Like from the pool downstairs and she mopped up the toilet water with her hands and dripped it on the carpet on the way out. No plastic bag, no mop, no disinfectant, just the bare minimum. Am I in a Third World country? I’m shocked they didn’t comp the room I’m shocked they didn’t switch us to a different room. I’m surprised we didn’t even get a follow visit from the desk manager to make sure everything was all right. Joe Lavoie joe21210@gmail.com

Outdoor pool was too cold and had a lot of leaves

Thought the hotel was very nice for the price. The value was great. The food at the restaurant was good. The rooms were comfortable. Would go back if I was in the area.

Serious bathroom sink plumbing issues The bathroom sink did not have cold water only hot water. then the water randomly was brown.
