Dated property but overall decent. Good location and supportive staff…

Laundry on second floor only operates from a 3rd party app and the equipment does not work, however, the app works fine deducting the money, Emmet the maintenance man needs a raise - he was putting out fires for guests during our entire stay. Great place other than Blaze and the only laundry area on 2nd floor

There was a fire alarm at 7:30 in the morning. No one from the hotel communicated with us during it and it was down to firemen to tell us we could go back in to building afterwards.

We arrived Friday around 10 p.m. after a four-hour drive with two tired kids. The moment we walked into the hotel, there was an overwhelming odor that smelled like a sewage backup. The smell was so strong that it lingered and was impossible to ignore. We seriously considered leaving, but after the long drive and the late hour, we decided to stay and hope things would improve. One of the small things we had been looking forward to was the famous warm DoubleTree cookies at check-in. Instead, we were given cookies that were stale and tasted old. While it’s a minor detail on its own, it set the tone for the rest of our stay. On Saturday, we were excited to try the hotel restaurant after seeing advertisements in the elevator and looking it up online. However, when we arrived, the menu was drastically different from what had been advertised, so we ended up leaving and going elsewhere for dinner. Then on Sunday, we were abruptly awakened around 7am by fire alarms and an evacuation. We understand unexpected issues can happen, but this was not the relaxing family getaway we had saved and worked hard for. Instead of leaving feeling refreshed we left feeling exhausted and grateful to get back home. Overall it was disappointing

2 night stay with family. Very clean room and bathroom, very comfortable beds with clean sheets, easily accessible from the road, and located in a good place in relation to restaurantsand highways. My only complaint is that there was no complimentary breakfast, but that's just a money saving mom thing. Would definitely stay here again.

The Front Staff was very friendly. I was not impressed with housekeeping. My sink was never cleaned, toilet paper was not replenished, and the sheets had holes in them! but given the alternative of staying at the dorms at Rider University, this was a much better option.

Have too privacy is such a main concern for me !

We were given clean rooms. Since there were no king suites avaiable next to each other (which we requested), front desk agent provided us rooms on the same floor which was convenient. He was very pleasant and helped us. Also gave us warm cookies ...yumm. Coffee could have been better.
-
Our only issue was the AC not cooling.

Spacious, clean room and bathroom. No microwave. Only limited amount of coffee sachets in room. Coffee available for purchase in lobby. Free chocolate chip cookie at check in.
