Nothing fancy, great for business travelers, though would consider the nearby options for food. There are several less than 5 min drive from the property and food was fair at best, breakfast was basic, better if you order versus the buffet (items were not fresh/hot).

Hotel is clean overall and in a good location; room was well-furnished and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Front desk staff were kind and helpful, though I would rather not have had to ask them for clean towels and supplies after 4 days with no housekeeping service. FYI, the parking lot extends away from the front (& only) entrance for some distance, and it can be a bit of a walk to the farthest parking area when the nearer spots are all full.

There was an issue with the air conditioning in the room, it was resolved promptly.

Very professional and accommodating

Breakfast was excellent. Location was ver good. The bed sheet had a blood stain. We informed the staff. The staff changed it immediately. Good response.

What I did not like was that my room wasn’t made up every day. They failed to leave a card about hotel policy regarding room cleanup until my last night there. My biggest complaint would be regarding handicap parking. The parking lot is across the road from the hotel. That means a walk from the hotel and back to the hotel. There is also no cutout in the curb for a walker or a wheel chair to navigate. I have a lot of trouble walking. I had to walk to the parking lot and from the parking lot in the street where cars enter and leave. A hotel of this caliber should have a valet to park your car and bring it to you when you leave and enter the premises.

Upon arrival I was assigned a room. The first room I was assigned to had a wet carpet floor. I had taken off my shoes and my socks immediately got wet. I called down to the front office and was changed to a different room. The new room was dry however the refrigerator cabinet door did not close all the way the bathroom was smaller than a closet and the television was very outdated and difficult to maneuver. It did not have any streaming availabilities whatsoever. The most frustrating part of my stay However was check out when I checked in I paid the full amount for my stay which was 3 days 4 nights and a deposit. The receptionist told me that there was an outstanding balance on my account I asked what was it about and he told me that I hadn't paid. I checked my credit card statement and showed him that I had paid in full plus a deposit he told me that that was just an authorization charge and that I would have to pay another amount which was the total of my entire stay. I tried to explain to him that that didn't make any sense and that I had never had to pay twice and wait for the pending amount to drop off. He told me I could not leave until I paid it. I was running late for my flight and I panicked. I had to hold my dad and tell him that I was going to call the police if he did not let me leave. He then backtracked and said he never said I couldn't leave. But when I tried to walk out he followed me out to my car.
