Woke up early morning yesterday for breakfast. Food was cold. And today couldn't be seated do to it being busy. For a hotel this big shouldn't have to wait to be seated after paying your money for breakfast. Should have an open space like other hotels do that way the guest wont have to wait to ge seated to eat. They need to update the basketball court too hot in their no type of air. Where u watch TV abd shoot pool its hot up there needs central air and not a fan. Tennis court wasnt open. Didnt see a trail walking path like they stated online. Other then that it was ok stay for the weekend.

Terrible customer service before check in. Water was shut off for majority of an entire day, shower curtain missing, uncomfortable bed, location is very out the way

The property was quiet, clean and isolated while my wife and I prefer especially when it’s our couples trip. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator didn’t cool well and out dated TVs. Over then that my wife and I had great stay we will be back again.

Clean room and facilites, I really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast could be cheaper, considering it's buffet style.

At check-in, the front desk agent asked us to wait for our room. While we were sitting there, I watched him check in two other guests before us. Only after I asked about our room did he say he was “just going to come get us.” While in the lobby, I repeatedly saw a child running barefoot between the lobby and the pool area. No staff member addressed it, which made me uncomfortable using the pool. We also couldn’t enjoy the amenities we booked the hotel for. The pool table was occupied by children playing around, making it unavailable, and the outdoor seating area by the pool was locked. The front entrance was also covered with cigarette butts around the tables and chairs, creating a poor first impression. Overall, the hotel lacked cleanliness, the amenities were unavailable or poorly managed, and the customer service at check-in was disappointing. I expected a much better experience.

It was nice having breakfast provided so that I didn’t have to go looking for it elsewhere. The staff were pretty helpful though sometimes there wasn’t always someone present at the front desk. The lobby was pretty loud, but it was the night the New York Knicks won the championship so that was understandable. The only real complaint I had was that the hotel wasn’t close to anything.

Booking.com overbooked the hotel. I showed up with a prepaid reservation and there was no room available. It was past midnight and with a kid in tow. Not fun. It’s been two weeks and several calls to customer AI service and yet no refund.

Worst service I’ve ever received at a major hotel except for the gentleman responsible for the pool.

Nice breakfast buffet, room needs to be updated. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

A lot of the staff was was unhelpful, and it’s taking forever to receive my security deposit back. Going on two weeks now.

It's very photogenic from the picture. It's actually very old building. Located in the forests. Outdoor very nice vibe. We had a very bad experience while we were staying. Fire alarms ringing in the middle of the night. Everyone had been evacuated. At 2.34 AM. 2 fire trucks came along with police. In the morning when i checked out. Nothing compensation given to us. Really a nightmare . Not recommended when they charged $ 274 per night with the facility and the mattress and pillows aren't comfortable. It's very old hotel. But nice staff named Matthew. He borrowed his charger.
