Great stay super clean room

Location was good The staff were rude and not communicative! I checked in at 12am and the staff did not tell me anything about wifi. The next day I was trying to connect to wifi using the name on the room key “redroofinn” and it was incorrect. So I had to go and speak with another person who then told me the password is the telephone number !

No breakfast. Location was difficult to exit the parking lot because it put you right on the freeway. Needs another exit point to not enter the high speed of the freeway Exiting the parking lot.

Decent room.

Nothing! The property looks rundown; the vent in the bathroom makes a very loud noise when it is turned on, the ironing board in the room is broken and does not stand, and there is no curtain in the room other than a blind, which leads to early daylight exposure.

Perfect place for a good nights rest. Helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds.

Room #1 had literal blood on the bathroom wall and a shower drain that backed up so badly I was standing ankle-deep in murky water questioning my life choices. So, I went back to the front desk. Room #2 was supposedly “non-smoking,” yet smelled like someone had chain-smoked Newports in it for the last decade while frying roadkill. The cigarette smell punched me in the face the second I opened the door. Surely there couldn’t be a third awful room. Reader... There was. Room #3 somehow combined the crime-scene vibes of Room #1 with the ashtray aroma of Room #2. Weak shower, stale smoke smell, and the overall ambiance of a motel where detectives interview suspects. I spent more time dragging my luggage between rooms than actually relaxing. By my third trip to the front desk, even the staff looked exhausted. The wildest part? Nobody seemed surprised. Blood on the wall? Broken plumbing? Cigarette clouds in a “non-smoking” hotel? Just another day apparently. If you enjoy mystery stains, terrible plumbing, and the fear of catching an undiscovered disease, this is the place for you. Otherwise, you’d genuinely sleep better in your car. Absolutely unbelievable experience.

They could use a small freezer compartment in the fridge & maybe a small coffee maker for single serve otherwise everything else good.

Aspects that the hotel could control were all good (cleanliness, responsiveness, etc). There was poor behavior from other guest that led to disturbances and police activity. I did not feel unsafe but I didn’t feel comfortable lingering outside the room.

A dirty dump, made worse by the truly treacherous entry-exit off a busy highway. Front desk idiot wouldn't let us check out until we were totally out of the room. No room make-up during our stay. Rates wildly inflated due to a nearby college graduation. If this is the Red Roof "standard," will never go near one again.

Clean room, large space. The only issue was no trash basket in the room.
