The housekeeping staff were very helpful and they maintain all the rooms very clean. They make sure they take care of everyone that stay in the rooms

Electrical outlet by the bed sparked every time I plugged or unplugged anything. Nightstand outlets didn’t work. AC unit leaked across the floor and left the carpet musty. Stayed for a month and never saw housekeeping. The older man at the front desk was rude and snappy. Did not even wait to what my questions actually were before he cut me off and said whatever he felt like he wanted to say. Other than the bed to sleep in and an outdated shower. There really are no amenities to speak of. And absolutely no use of bbq pits anywhere on the property.

The location and environment not looking good for family with children

Very clean but no soap in the shower or to wash your hands surprisingly a refrigerator microwave and coffee machine but no creamer everything else was okay No soap to wash your hands face body all dispensers were empty but other than that it wasn't bad

Honestly I'd probably not stay there again. I mean if your in a pinch and need something I guess it would be ok for a night or 2.

Comfortable beds and close to lots of food and shopping The initial customer service was innappropriate and borderline fraudulent. The man spoke to me very slowly like i couldnt understand and spoke over me multiple times when i was asking questions. I let it go no big deal. Then he tried to pass off a regular room as a suite that I had booked for a 28 day stay. I immediately went back to the lobby and showed him my booking reservation. He told me they didnt have suites when he booked my coworker in one AFTER me. I had to bring my male coworker down to get him to admit it. It took days to get in one because they had booked them all. When I finally gor 2 keys to two rooms and was told to pick one. They were both occupied. I walked in on a sleeping naked man. After i got My room, the floor was sticky and the drain was fully clogged and I had to clean off a lot of gunk on it. And it smelled very badly of heavy insense. It was too much work to request cleanings in person during their small request window so I just went without. All in all the bed was good and that was basically all I needed. But the general uncleanliness, poor customer service, and general lack of security was not worth 2300 for 28 days.

I stayed at this property for five days, and no one came to clean my room or asked if I needed housekeeping services. I’m not sure if room cleaning was supposed to be provided during my stay. Overall, my experience was okay, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again because I didn’t feel very safe in the surrounding area.

The Staff truly take pride in there job . As you will always see the staff around if it’s changing garbage or cleaning rooms. They will always say hello and ask if I need anything. I feel safe, my property is safe as it’s a community. Not just some road stop inn. And the office will go outta there way to make your stay a good one. And I know for me. I will always come back. Thank you guys for making it a great experience

Nothing, it was Absolutly disgusting.

The room itself was clean but it had a stench. One of the lights were flickering so we only used the bathroom light, and there was barely any storage in the room so we lived out of our bags.

They don’t clean your room daily, you would have to request if you want them to.
