when i drove through the parking lot doors were open unsaveory charactors luling about and did not look safe. Didnt even go into the office. Not a place to take my wife.

Nasty stains on the beds and roaches

The beds had nasty stains under the sheets and roaches in the room

It’s everything, no service, no cleaning, roaches in the room, in four day stay they never changed bedsheets, the staff at front desk was very rude and my next door room was mentally disturbed person making noise and sounds.

I am grateful i got to book this with the weekend been busy. Overal i wont stay there again. The bathroom toilet was running all night, I found 2 roaches. The only thing that was great was the AC it was a very hot night and we were so cool in the room.

Parking outside hotel room Horrible TV reception (unwatchable freezing) , roaches, no bars of soap, group of guess BBQ’d outside in the parking lot til 3am. Paid for 2 nights but left after one and they won’t refund the night I didn’t stay!!

Property charged my card the security deposit along with the booking.com fee. When I contacted the property they said they did not. I advised them the transaction posted to my account and is on my statement. They then said that it will be returned to my bank in 3-5 business days - it did not. When I attempted to contact them again - they refused to answer the phone. Very unprofessional.

The mattress very worn out We had a couple of roaches. Very old carpets no sofas no extra night tables with extra outlets.

Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable.
