We had a couple of roaches. Very old carpets no sofas no extra night tables with extra outlets.

Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable.

Not quite sure why Expedia charged me when i booked, and the staff charged me again when i checked in (they claimed that i didnt pay yet???)

The location was close to our destination. The room smells moldy, we found cockroaches ? in the ceiling. There was no shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. The shower room didn’t even have an exhaust fan. The telephone is not even connected ?

Shower and sink were great, bed was comfortable and clean, floor was clean as well. Bathroom was small, hard to close door to use toilet. If that is truly a standand queen size bed, I'd lose my money in a bet. Air conditioning was confusing.

We left and got another room at a safer location hopefully we can get a refund would not recomend

The room was "smoke free" but reeked of old cigarette smoke. The room was cramped. Definitely paid way too much for this booking and would not stay here again.
