Not the most clean. Very dated. All the pleather on the two chairs a was ripped off. AC unit was LOUD.

Though my room was clean. The doors are pretty dirty and need to wipe down. Other than that, I had a great stay. Also, I’d recommend putting brooms with a dust pan in the rooms, just a suggestion

One of the cleaning staff was absolutely rude! She refused to give fresh towels and said I had to go downstairs to get my dirty towels to get clean ones. She said if I left trash or towels outside my room they would charge me for it. I had left dirty outside to take downstairs but they were picked up. Room was not cleaned once during 3 days I was there despite asking and being told they would . Not even trash pick up or fresh towels. The front desk was however helpful and excusing of cleaning staff.

The Floors were extremely dirty, as if it was never cleaned before, they had a chair that was peeling. It also smells. They need to do better. Would not recommend.

What a nightmare!!! Leftover dirty clothes and dog toys under beds from previous person stay there. Dirty smelly carpet, bathroom sink clogged, ice machine didn't work, the room i rented online looked NOTHING like the room I got and to top it all off they have roaches!!! There was no manager on duty to take this issue up with. I seen the roaches at midnight and called the front desk with my issue, I was told there's nothing they can do, I would have go wait until 8am when the manager was expected to arrive. I decided to pack up all my belongings and sleep in my car with my 5 month old grandson. Went inside hotel at 830am to speak with management and was told no one is available I would have to take it up with the regional manager. Bottom line there's roaches, no refunds and no management!

Parking is pretty crowded

That’s a good facility. In a good location the room was clean and it was quiet. I will stay there again.

The room was clean (except for the dead bug bodies), but it did have a musty smell to it and there was dust on the front facing sides of the drawers, which I found odd. Like, LOTS of dust. The faux leather covering of one of the arms of the chair was completely gone, and like I said, bugs. Small bugs..like water bugs and earwigs. Not a lot of them, but when I woke up at 5am on the second day an saw two live ones in the bathroom, I just went ahead and swung by the local Walmart later that morning and grabbed bug spray. Didn't see anymore live bugs after that, but did see a few new dead ones. It was all good. The staff I encountered were extra nice, and like I said, the room itself was clean, but I'm not a fan of bugs. I did get some plug-ins and air sanitizer for the musty smell. Knowing what I know now, I'd never stay there again, but it's not a terribly bad place to stay. If you're going to be in the room for any amount of time and are a TV-head like me, bring a device on which you can watch downloaded movies or streaming movies over Wi-fi or mobile data because the channel choices are few and not very good. Grab and go breakfast (packaged muffins, granola bars). Not a BAD hotel...just not what I expected from the brand and I wouldn't stay at that one again.

The staff was so nice I'll be booking again

The staff member at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet so I was able to get good sleep. The room was clean for the most part but had a very bad odor of cigarette. The carpet had a lot of stains on it and looked like it needed to be cleaned. There was no trash or waste basket in the room and apparently you have to dump your own trash but no bags are provided. The furniture was run down and falling apart. I don't think I would stay here again.

The pictures online look nothing like the actual inside. I do not recommend this place. And breakfast was not even breakfast. Expired molded muffins, granola bars and coffee.

Staff is great. Furniture in room needs to be replaced. Every time I’ve entered the room there’s an almost overwhelming smell of antiseptic. It lingers during my stay. I get used to it but I wish they would use something less potent.

Property is a little outdated; however not horrible. Stayed here twice within 2 months. Staff has good communication skills.

I stayed in rm 412 and ended up getting sick from the mold in the AC. Every time I came back into the room I was smacked with a musty mildew smell. The room itself is decent with a fridge and two burner stove with lots of cabinet space. Hopefully they do something about the mold though

When arriving, no one was at the front desk. So, the housekeeper told the front desk clerk. The clerk told the housekeeper to ask what we needed. We told her to check in. Clerk said something i could not understand and then came out of room she was in. I was surprised by the $50 security deposit. My credit card statement then said that i had a $75 charge. Advertisement on expedia states there is breakfast. Clerk did not tell us anything about breakfast or amenities. We asked about breakfast and she pointed to a little room and sais there would be coffee and other drinks plus muffins and breakfast bars. Disappointing. When we went to the room, it was ok. The bottom of the bathtub was stained and dirty. Beds did not have comforters on them. There was a top sheet and a thin cover over that. Stayed cold most of night. Property was not well kept up.
