Property is a little outdated; however not horrible. Stayed here twice within 2 months. Staff has good communication skills.

Everything was good. Would stay there again.

It was good

I stayed in rm 412 and ended up getting sick from the mold in the AC. Every time I came back into the room I was smacked with a musty mildew smell. The room itself is decent with a fridge and two burner stove with lots of cabinet space. Hopefully they do something about the mold though

When arriving, no one was at the front desk. So, the housekeeper told the front desk clerk. The clerk told the housekeeper to ask what we needed. We told her to check in. Clerk said something i could not understand and then came out of room she was in. I was surprised by the $50 security deposit. My credit card statement then said that i had a $75 charge. Advertisement on expedia states there is breakfast. Clerk did not tell us anything about breakfast or amenities. We asked about breakfast and she pointed to a little room and sais there would be coffee and other drinks plus muffins and breakfast bars. Disappointing. When we went to the room, it was ok. The bottom of the bathtub was stained and dirty. Beds did not have comforters on them. There was a top sheet and a thin cover over that. Stayed cold most of night. Property was not well kept up.

It states that breakfast included. There was no breakfast. A small basket of mini muffins and coffee doesn’t qualify as breakfast included.

The location was perfect for us. Just a few minutes from the places we were going.

Staff was helpful, room was clean. Perfect location for what I needed.

It was a good price for just a night. Also quick check in Breakfast

Nothing really.. Wasnt a fan at all It was super dirty. I called down to the front desk when I got there and asked for cleaning supplies bc the tub was disgusting.. They told me they couldnt give out the cleaning supplies

This hotel is gross. I wouldn’t even put my feet on the carpet in the room. Housekeeping does a great job, but there is only so much they can do. The bed is so broken down that you roll to the middle. If you have it, spend the extra $30 and go to the Hampton Inn. Complementary breakfast is literally a container of oatmeal packets, crappy muffins, and teabags. I called to ask for replacement towels on my second night and they told me I had to bring all of my towels to the front desk in order to get replacements, then promptly hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. Sometimes when things are inexpensive, you get lucky. Not this time.

It’s ok

One of the better extended stays

They really need to update the furniture in their rooms. The last few times I’ve stayed there the chair at the desk has had tears in the fabric.

Great staff, and place. Thank you.

The only thing that was nice about the property was it was close to Fort Hill military base, which was the whole point of me being there for my grandson‘s family day and graduation. I’m not familiar with the weather in Oklahoma being that I’m from Florida. A storm came in and knocked out the Internet and AC and the fridge. For some reason the lights still remained but flickered. We then went downstairs to inquire about how long it will take for the power to come back on and the person that was working at the front desk was speaking to the manager on the phone. I guess she was telling the manager about the power outage because apparently there were rooms that had no electric at all the first floor. The whole power was out, and the elevators were shut down. I forgot to mention that this happened in the evening I wanna say after 10:00 PM. The front desk person said that the manager said that he was not going to be coming out because people should be sleeping at this hour anyways. She then asked if candles could at least be given out to the people that had no electricity at all, and he proceeded to say that he wasn’t coming out and people should be sleeping Anyways. The room didn’t seem clean since there was hair all over the bathroom and if you needed extra towels, you had to bring down the old towels that you’ve already use to replace them with new ones you weren’t able to get extra. The furniture was torn up. Overall, if you need to be close to the base and don’t mind about the roof over your head, the location is good, but if you want your stay to be comfortable while you’re there? I would probably choose another one just in case another storm comes in and knocks out the power.

Don’t stay there, save your money. The lights went out. My room flooded. And the manager was not helpful at all. I have pictures.

The place was clean and in a decent area. It was very budget friendly.

Okay not the best. But the beds were comfortable. Breakfast not what they advertise just muffins and stuff. The power went out for a while due to the storm. But overall, I’d give it a 7/10 Recliner chair in my room was worn and torn. Not comfortable to sit on.
