I wouldn't go back

Free breakfast was advertised . There was a sign saying “due to new management free breakfast isn’t available”. The gym had great equipment but no paper towels and cleaning supplies to wipe down. The room wasn’t clean and there were a lot of water stains on the bathroom ceiling . The two chairs in the room (leather) were both significantly torn revealing the stuffing/foam inside . The front desk receptionist was very kind and friendly .

The lady at the desk was so nice and helpful then we went to our rooms. I booked two. Both rooms were straightened up not cleaned! The bathrooms were gross hair in showers dirty toilet (stained) floors maybe swept the bathroom door in one room didn’t close unless it was shoved and then there was the risk of getting stuck in there. The carpets were not vacuumed which was clear bc the crumbs on them. The tv in one room was completely disconnected which was an easy fix but I should have been done prior. Beds were not as comfortable as expected but that maybe personal preference. There was a grab and go breakfast advertised but there was nothing not even coffee/tea. Just a note posted saying sorry for the inconvenience new management something. There was a vending machine with snacks and one with drinks but a soda cost $4 not sure why. The reason I booked this hotel was bc it was close to where we needed to be and local establishments and bc they had kitchens, laundry and quick breakfast. Kitchens were not stocked with any cookware though we could have asked for some at the front desk but every time we went down no one was there and didn’t come when we rang the bell. There were washing machines but only one working dryer so we didn’t attempt doing our laundry. I ended up checking us out a day early only by putting our room keys in the basket. The lady I spoke with at the desk said someone will call me but it’s been a week, havent heard back

The room was dated the chair had ripped in it. I stayed there for four days. They wanted to charge me $10 to have my room cleaned. I was told there was no breakfast or coffee because they are changing ownership. When I went down to the lobby to ask for soap, shampoo and towel towels, I was told there was no shampoo. We never stay at this hotel again!

Great stay real nice area

The first time we stayed at this hotel, we really liked how clean it was. The location was very convenient, and it was close to Fort Sill.

Staff, room space, simplicity The sound coming from the vent, some type of flappling ,the bird on the roof scratching, the peeling g chair, the noise made it challenging for me to sleep

Completely explicable. Hotel look fine it was because of Expedia cancelled reservation with out notice.

I left Indiana on my way to fort still in Lawton okla got there around 8 pm only to find out my reservation had been canceled could not find me a room didn't even try just gave me a list for me to find I could not find one she told me that there was a lot of rooms canceled by Expedia miserable night

Nothing It was dirty. Does not provide breakfast as stated. 1st room we got the bathroom door would not shut and the floor was real sticky. 2nd room they put us in the stove had salt all over the top. The bathroom had black hair on the tub. Floor was dirty. Staff was not helpful at all.
