Hampton Inn & Suites Lawton

The stay was fine, they are under remodel and it smells of plaster and paint. The a/c didn’t cool as well at night. The walls are very thin and can hear everything.

Everything was fabulous u could not tell that there were contractors there very quite 😀 and it was absolutely clean who ever done the work was awesome and the front desk people were very professional 😀 I will be telling everyone about it and I will be definitely coming back JUST DOWN RIGHT BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE. THANKS 😀 😊

Everyone is friendly Under renewal

There were renovations going on but the hotel was still clean and accommodating.

We reserved a room for five adults at the Hampton Inn through Expedia. When we got there the room, they gave us an absolutely no possible way to sleep more than four adults. The Hampton Inn refused to give us a refund, even though either Expedia or the Hampton Inn had lied to us and advertise falsely. I would never stay here or deal with this company again and I won’t be using Expedia again in the future if they don’t compensate me for this.

For two days I tried to get the room clean, they told me every other day they cleaned. I had to sit in the lobby for hours waiting for the room to clean after having an exhausting day, you would expect you left all day and would return to a clean room.

They are in the middle of renovation. We were able to get one of the newly done rooms and it was really nice. There are areas that have Sheetrock being worked on but they are trying to keep it neat. It’s very nice.

My key did not work pool area from the outside because of construction and hot tub jets did not work ? Other than that hotel and my room were great !

Really Nothing will never stay there again The staff was not helpful, water was over the floor from AC they charged me before I got there and bathroom was dirty had to clean it with cleaning supplies

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was under renovation. The front parking lot was limited because there was quite a few shipping containers and stuff everywhere. We couldn't use the laundry room. The pool area was a hot mess literally! 4 sets of old rusty tables and not enough chairs. Extremely hot and stifling, Our first room at check in carpet was soaked to the first bed. Front desk said it was the A/C. We were moved across the hall and that A/C was only comfortable when we had it set to its lowest setting with the fan on high. And then the roach and spider in the bathroom. I told the front desk and even showed them a photo. That said they would come check it out. No one came. When I was checking out the next day the maintenance guy said he didn't forget me. I was there for 2 days. On the other hand the breakfast was nice and hot.

Even though they were remodeling they were still very clean. They rooms were still nice and comfortable and very nice.

They are going through major renovations so it was a burden on them to try to keep the hotel operational during this period and burdensome on the guests also.
