Hampton Inn & Suites Lawton

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was under renovation. The front parking lot was limited because there was quite a few shipping containers and stuff everywhere. We couldn't use the laundry room. The pool area was a hot mess literally! 4 sets of old rusty tables and not enough chairs. Extremely hot and stifling, Our first room at check in carpet was soaked to the first bed. Front desk said it was the A/C. We were moved across the hall and that A/C was only comfortable when we had it set to its lowest setting with the fan on high. And then the roach and spider in the bathroom. I told the front desk and even showed them a photo. That said they would come check it out. No one came. When I was checking out the next day the maintenance guy said he didn't forget me. I was there for 2 days. On the other hand the breakfast was nice and hot.

Even though they were remodeling they were still very clean. They rooms were still nice and comfortable and very nice.

They are going through major renovations so it was a burden on them to try to keep the hotel operational during this period and burdensome on the guests also.

Even though the water was off for several hours, no fault of the hotel. City had to shut off because of a water main break. Staff were more than helpful and informative to make a bad situation into a positive stay!

Close to destination We booked a double queen room and it was changed without notice

The service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel valued and at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options available, and everything was well presented and regularly replenished. I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciate the effort the hotel team puts into providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for guests. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the past, the breakfast at this location has been much better. We were disappointed with the breakfast. The pool had a bit too many chemicals in them. I used booking.com and had reserved the room on my normal card to pay upon arrival. I advised the person at the desk I wanted to use a different card to actually pay for the room. Unfortunately, she charged it to the card on file instead of the one I wanted to use. When asked about it, she could not immediately refund and use the correct card.

There was a good size gap at the bottom of the door frame of my room. The muffins were marked. I thought I was getting a oat brand muffin, but it was a banana muffin. I am allergic to bananas. One of the night stands plugs didn't work.

I only eat healthy food so I didn't care for the breakfast but the gentleman cooking the breakfast was doing an excellent job All the old furniture stacked out front

The rooms were clean bc it was recently renovated, however the wc was very loud and we didn’t get a good nights rest at all. Everything else was fine.

It’s an acceptable and comfortable hotel. No complaints during my stay

Great hotel.

I did my reservations for two adults three children and only got two queen size beds. The manager would not give me a rollaway bed because he said it was fire hazard so my grandson had to sleep on the floor. I would not recommend this to anyone to stay there. He would be very unhappy.

Terrible hotel…piles of old furniture and mattresses in parking lot, horrible carpet stains and tears throughout , as well as torn wallpaper and broken fixtures. They are renovating rooms I guess but no way should even be taking guests in this condition! Poor ac in hallways doors not working!!

It was clean, nice staff, and convenient to everything. Jay went over and beyond to help us. He was very friendly and helpful! Also has free hot breakfast and a variety of muffins and cereal

The young lady that worked the front desk may 6-7th at night was very sweet and very helpful. Unfortunately I could not remember her name but she was very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with her. She went above and beyond to get us a cot in our room checking every floor housekeeping closet
