The stay was just for one night. Everything was great except when I was in the bathroom barefooted doing my hair (using hairspray) my feet were black on the bottom from the dirty floor. It looked clean enough but it apparently wasn’t! It was pretty gross. Other than that everything seemed clean.

Was not happy about when I tried to cancel one of my four days a week ahead they would not let me..

Room was great
-
Good was remodeling but room and floor was fine

The staff is really wonderful. They were very helpful with the giving a refund for a cancelled night that hotels.com said I couldn't get a refund for. They were upbeat, spoke to us often, and were very kind. The hotel was undergoing remodeling but the room I stayed in was newly done and very clean. Even with the remodel it was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was accommodating and nice.

major renovation was going on and it was extremely nasty..... staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked other than that it was pretty bad and the elevator sounded like they were going to explode....?!

The room was very nice. Clean and very comfortable The property was being refurbished. TV selection very limited. Need to add channels such as METV, Grit and FETV all available on Directv which the property utilizes.

Had I been made aware of that I would have chosen different.

Renovations were noisy in hotel. Could have been made aware when booking online.

The stay was fine, they are under remodel and it smells of plaster and paint. The a/c didn’t cool as well at night. The walls are very thin and can hear everything.
