Great hotel

The breakfast was pretty good and the person who ran the breakfast kept everything filled. We had a good stay.

Location was perfect. Staff were very nice. I was put in accessible room and would have liked to have regular room. Also had to ask to have maid service who provided extra towels but did not make the bed. I don’t travel much and didn’t realize you have to ask for this and when I did only the towels were provided.

Did not haave breaakfast The ceiling in my room needed repair. The desk chair arms were loose.

Staff was very friendly. Water pressure was actually not bad. Breakfast was pretty good. Needs to be updated

Room needs to be cleaned better ie: carpet shampooed and windows cleaned.

Parking was easy access, staff were friendly. Shower was not clean, no soap in dispenser. Shower pressure was poor, but water was hot. Freezer on refrigerator was unusable as it was frozen up. The worst thing was the quality of the pillows. Very poor.

☆☆☆☆☆ Also the indoor swimming pool, and the continental breakfast was awesome, My Family and I were very comfortable excellent customer service ☆☆☆☆☆

I booked this hotel expecting a great stay, but it was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. While the front desk staff was friendly, the room conditions were completely unacceptable.I was originally assigned to room 103. As soon as I brought my bags in, I noticed multiple dead adult and baby cockroaches on the floor. To make matters worse, the couch cushion had a massive, disgusting stain that looked like urine, and the air conditioner was broken. The room smelled incredibly musty.I asked for a new room and was moved to room 204. The odor here was also terrible. It severely triggered my allergies and caused a heavy coughing fit. I had to crank the AC down to 60 degrees just to try and mask the smell. Housekeeping clearly does not deep clean these rooms. I found a dead bug on the floor and a random cheese doodle left behind one of the lamps from a previous guest. On top of that, the bathroom only had two almost-empty rolls of toilet paper with zero backups to last a two-day stay.This place is gross, neglected, and needs a deep cleaning. I will never patronize this hotel chain again.

Friendly staff. It was clean and we loved the room. The coffee pot in the room was missing a part so by the time we went down to lobby there was no coffee available.

A clean and safe sleeping environment should be the minimum expectation for any hotel guest. Finding a bed bug not only ruined our stay but also caused a great deal of stress and concern about bringing them home with us. I would strongly recommend that management address their cleaning procedures and have the property professionally inspected and treated. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The hallways and rooms are stale and musty smelling and have been throughout my many stays. They don't look dirty...maybe just old. Several rooms I've stayed in have showerhead issues and drain slowly.
