La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lawton / Fort Sill

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room and the overall property. Found bugs in the stairway and there was one in our bathroom. I got multiple bites in the night while sleeping. The public men’s room in the lobby was terribly dirty and appeared it had not been routinely cleaned. And the toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen. The location was great for us. The breakfast was ok and provided some options. The coffee was very weak. The staff were friendly.

The tub does not have enough place to set soap and other items.

Parking and Breakfast was included! Easy choice if coming to Fort Sill for graduation!

Everything about the stay was not good

Just ok

Upon entering the hotel, we immediately noticed a strong musty, mildew-like odor. Unfortunately, when we entered our room, the smell was even worse. We also found that sections of the carpet along the edges had been chewed up, and parts of the bathroom counter were damaged as well. Since we were traveling with pets, I made sure to take pictures of the existing damage so we wouldn't be held responsible for it. We also attempted to use the pool, but the entire area felt dingy and dirty. When we went to the fitness room, we found that the workout equipment was unusable because the cables had been cut. The breakfast selection was also very limited and did not offer much variety. Finally, whenever we asked the staff for assistance—including trying to extend our stay—no one seemed to have an answer or be able to help us until the very last minute. Overall, the condition of the property and the lack of knowledgeable customer service made for a disappointing stay.

The staff are amazing! The room was very clean and the hotel is very good!

The room was musty, kleenex box and tissue was moldy. Lack of cleaning took away from the experience.

The needs, no coffee outside of breakfast hours, you gotta request your room to be cleaned, ants in the room.

Big rooms. Accessible to restaurants. Some staff are nice some can be rude. Stayed 5 nights and had breakfast twice. Food is decent. Parking is great!

The staff is wonderful especially John I asked if I could check in early since we drove from Cali he said give me an hour or so and he helped us out . Breakfast isn’t all that but if you don’t care as long as you eat then your fine

Nice hotel. The breakfast was not good, but I can overlook that based on how helpful the staff were. It was clean and comfortable.

La Quinta has some of the best staff and some of the cleaners, most accommodating features, including their breakfast that any hotel while traveling for leisure or work has to offer

We booked a room through hotels.com, the room showed to have a soaking tub in the room, and we paid extra for that room, but after we got checked in and went to the room, it did not have a hot tub. Went to the front desk, whom the ladies were very friendly and very professional, so no complaint with them however they said that they no longer have Hot Tub rooms. By the time we discovered there was no Hot Tub in the room, it was nearing 10 PM and we did not feel like trying to find another hotel. So we went ahead and stayed.

It was nice. Staff was super friendly.
