Everything was perfect the room was spacious clean and cozy The front desk was very rude to one of my son's while trying to check in. Since the room was under my name but I had added him to the registration

No frills stay, just coffee and convenient to MDA

You’re company says pets stay free/ that is not true

The negative aspect was the awful odor in the elevator. Even though my room appeared to be clean the exposure to the smell in the elevator lingered and made my room feel icky.

The staff were very nice, rooms definitely need to be renovated. Knob was broken and missing on the stovetop. Bathroom drawer was broken and would not slide in and out and room was very dark. No hand soap to wash hands in bathroom. We were right across from the staff laundry room. We would get woke up every morning sounding like a staff meeting was right outside our door. We will not stay here again.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. There were also roaches in our room. On the day we checked out, we asked for a refund for the night we were locked out. The hotel told us they couldn’t help because we had booked through Expedia, but they assured us that if we contacted Expedia, they would receive a credit. However, when I contacted Expedia, they told me that they had spoken with the hotel and that the hotel denied the refund. We were given completely different information, and it felt like we were simply being lied to. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I strongly recommend not staying at this property.

Wonderful hotel for the price. Little older but nothing wrong with that! We traveled with our German Shepherd and room was comfortable for us! Pool was clean, grass was cut and they have a pet area! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean but had a strong cleaning smell! No complaints, at least we knew it was clean haha. Just sprayed some air freshener and we were fine! Just wanted to give a heads up. Parking was also nice and very convenient. Hotel is in a very safe and convenient location!

The price was good, the free washers and dryers were convient. However, there was roaches in our room and a smell.

Always love the Candlewood Suites. This location was no exception. Everything was as expected and good.
