Fantastic experience in a great location!

It was a great experience

Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Very nice continental breakfast and full service bar on site. Outdoor pool was well maintained. Got a good nights sleep in the nice and cool room with comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. Only complaint was that the shower water pressure wasn’t great and the shower head was super high. Would be nice to have adjustable height on the shower head.

Very clean, wonderful staff!

When my elderly parents arrived after a long drive - they were met with the most unprofessional staff. They would not allow my parents to check in because I had made the reservation for them. My dad put me on the phone and within 30 seconds the agent said she would not speak to me because I had raised my voice. I had company at my home and had to leave to go check them in. I was met with complete hostility. When I arrived to check my 85 year old parents in - my husband stated the fact that this was unacceptable. We were told by Vanessa that she DID NOT have to check us in. At that point, we felt that any attempt to explain the situation or express our concerns would result in my family being denied accommodations altogether. We were not allowed to speak. Only then did she mention that there was another method available that would have allowed my parents to check in without me having to come to the hotel. Due to her attitude my family which also included a sister and niece were very shaken. In addition, we repeatedly asked for her name and spell it . She refused but I had to spell my complete name, my parents name and sisters name. And of course show my ID! The pure rudeness was unbelievable. I would like to mention that all parties had stayed here before with no problems. Also, the A/C did not work well in my sisters room but she did not want to report it because of the way we were treated. Vanessa should be no where in customer service! FACT!

Terrell at the front desk demonstrated exceptional politeness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Great care was taken to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly appreciated.

We we arrived we were greeted so warmly. The staff interacted with my two small boys. They were wonderful. On the third day of our trip it was a different story. I was treated so rudely by the employee at the front desk. She made me feel to the point I just wanted to leave that place. That’s how bad she made me feel. She was horrible.

Lovely stay

Property was clean. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Great location. Close to food and groceries for last minute needs.

We stayed here from June 21-24 for one of Portugal's World Cup games. My main reason for choosing this location was the price. Hotels near the stadium were extremely expensive and since we don't mind driving, this location made sense. Being near the Space Center was an added bonus. We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked fabulously. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel the next time I'm in the area.
