The Concierge was Excellent..Professional, actually helped us with our luggage!! Showed us to our room..the room was Clean and Very Comfortable !! And so Quit.. will be going back there when I am in Town !!

The staff was the nicest and sweetest people and very helpful and they had pickleball available there where we played everyday. Which was so awesome. The hotel is very unique and the rooms were really nice and clean…we went with another couple and had a common room which we can always get together and talked. We definitely would come and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time! 😁

Clean rooms interesting building I think it’s an old school

Room was perfect, host went and made sure A/C was on while I got my bag from my truck. Troy was great , got me all signed in quickly and was very helpful

I paid for a pull out sofa and queen bed and there wasn’t a pull out sofa. Luckily the couch was still able to be used. There weren’t any extra blankets anywhere and no wash cloths. The power kept surging and there were kids running around upstairs. However the price was amazing and it’s pretty decent for what we needed it for. We will likely stay again next year. Just know it’s no frills but decent.

Grat place in downtown Leavenworth. Close to everything in the area. Hotel is clean and staff saw to all of needs. Highly recommended!

I often stay here as it is a one of a kind experience and so peaceful. It's like having an apartment of my own at a reasonable price. The community and culture of the place there is amazing.

Will definitely book again next time I am there

The room was very nice with a kitchenette which would have made a multi-night stay easier. Be aware that there is no elevator. Also, the wood floors and large hallways make it a fun place for children, but the echo of noise isn't enjoyable for other guests. Thankfully our floor floor was quiet after 21:00.

Gentleman that was running that night was very rude. Me and my guest was outside, smoking a cigarette, and he came up, honest like we were criminals and asked if we were staying there and not to be soliciting on the property even though I was a paying customer and never got my room refunded. There’s nothing good about this hotel. I would never stay there again and I think to either The Owner I think his money said he was or the person running in security.

Great coffee and was available all day. Great and educational tour of the building. This place is wonderful and felt like being at a friends place. Comfortable, felt safe, everyone very kind, polite, appropriately humorous (which is always my kind of thing). I will stay here again when visiting the area. I can not think of anything I did not like.

Great Staff, nice hotel.

I feel that the Local punches above it's weight, the room was comfortable and spacious. The free breakfast was a disappointment. We enjoyed the large windows that room #211 provided us. It was a great view of the world of Leavenworth. The train whistle was charming to hear. The staff was gracious. We are certain to return.
