The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the customer service didn’t match the quality of the property. While the staff was professional, we didn’t find them to be especially welcoming or accommodating, and a warmer, more hospitable experience would have made a noticeable difference. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, and with a more guest-focused approach to service, it would easily earn five stars.

Loved our stay. Very convenient location and spacious bedrooms. Breakfast was also very pleasant. Definitely a top choice when visiting Leavenworth next time

The Woodman Bar has a great selection of games and a nice fireplace. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We will definitely return next time we are in the neighborhood.

Very cute hotel, theme very much in line with the old German vibe of the town. The hotel is directly across the street from the main downtown area and made most attractions walkable.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. I appreciate when i ask for help i get help instead of immediate resistance. The breakfast and coffee was good too. Would come back here again

This place was amazing! The attention to detail was fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was so close to everything in town to walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Breakfasts had many options and something for our entire group. Location was walkable everywhere in town. and drivable within 10 minutes of our destinations. Staff was great!
